1. don't blame the metabolism. It's about how much you take in and how much
you use. fat people even have higher metabolism rate.
2. eat more PROTEIN, such as egg, skinless chicken, beans, toufu. eat less
carbohydrate, and definitely don't eat pure fat
3. drink low fat milk with high CALCIUM, instead of orange. calcium helps to
excrete more fat from your body. other dietary products such as yogurt with
high calcium will also do. but keep the total calories low

serve with smaller portion
less number of items
soup (same amount of food blend with water)

milk 1 cup in the oat meal 90 kcal. 1 cup of coffee.
lunch:grilled chicken hamburger, 260 kcal. 1 cup of water.
Afternoon sanck: 1 apple. 80 kcal.
Dinner: Soup: 2 skinless chicken drum stick, 150 kcal, 100 gram tofu, 150
kcal, asparagus ~50 kcal.
Total 1020 kcal.
I may eat another drum stick so I don't go to bed hungry.
That would bring my total to about 1200 kcal.

105.6 真的是不懂了。最近一天比一天吃得多,但是还在掉磅。是不是因为之前吃得太
少,反而抑制了新陈代谢,最近吃多了把metabolism boost上来了?

晚上吃的是芽菜烧鱼。以前只用芽菜做过肉,这次用来烧Albacore 感觉还可以。在
Trader Joe's买的冰冻的Skinless Boneless Albacore pieces。这好像是tuna的一种
,但是比tuna略肥,每100克有7克的脂肪,热量稍微高点,但是蛋白质不少,100克就
有25克蛋白质。这次把一包(14 oz) 全做了,吃了一半留了一半。把锅底用1勺油抹匀
烧热,下点姜丝炒香,把鱼块(洗净晾干)扔进去翻一下,加点酒,继续翻炒,再放少
许碎米芽菜,炒匀后加点水,盖上锅盖焖两三分钟就好了。
配菜是清蒸油菜。

原料:
--1lb bob's red mill organic dark rye flour (or any other flour of your
choice)
--1lb foster farm skinless boneless chicken breast
--organic flex seeds, a pinch
--canola oil, 1 table spoon
--水适量。杆面杖。cookie cutter。烤盘
流程:
1.把鸡肉绞成泥, 与其他所有原料都混合在一个大碗里,拌匀
2.水一点一点的加, 揉面团直至不粘手
3.用杆面杖杆成均匀的0.5厘米厚的面片
4.用cookie cutter切出形状。
5.边角料回收,揉匀,重复步骤3和4,直到最后一点边角料只够切一个cookie为止
6.烤箱预热325度。烤盘铺上parchment paper,(或者没有的话可以直接用烤盘或者用
铝箔纸,但是需要用油稍微抹一下),把cookie摆好,烤30分钟。如果面团做得比较干
