the weather is cooling down, and my training runs are picking up some pace.
first 6 miles were pretty sluggish. my breathing a bit out of rhythm and
didn't feel too good. then it got better and I found myself cruising at a

这一个月比较SLUGGISH, 基本都是每周20-30 讲课吗 (JUNK MILE) 很吃力 一度怀疑
是否能跑进1：40
一经热身和比赛气氛感染， 马上感觉1：35还是有戏的
俺是冷冻型的 怕热不怕冷。 考虑一下 LONG SLEEVE + SINGLET + TIGHT 光头上阵了
第一MILE 不知不觉的跑了6：40 一路跑着肌肉

days.although i only had time for 1000 -1500 yard for swim per day,i didn't

。一是头不够稳定；二是手臂从入水到划水多次转动；三是转体腰腿脱节，腰发力过度。
free01：头能贴胳膊这么紧很好。你左侧不换气，这时应该看池底。现在向左看，然后
急忙转向右，再over rotate换气。脑袋不停地做200度+晃动。频率高了会头晕，脑袋
和眼睛领航的作用就发挥不好。改正这个问题的练法是闭着眼睛游，不能碰线，只换气
时转一下头。体会前后左右的水冲击脑袋的感觉，通过头的感觉判断是否游直，通过手
和脑袋之间的相对距离判调整动作（比如入水）。头转动要变得sluggish一点，不要转
，unless necessary（换气）。
眼睛看下面，转肩转髋，眼睛余光可以看到上臂一部分。这和目前的脑袋看侧面用到的
肌肉略有区别，胳膊还能不能尽可能贴近水面直臂伸展？
这种姿势下，你会体会到手入水在肩延长线，或者外侧一点的好处。现在这样头侧着贴
臂，手入水在肩延长线外面一点，其实反而更不易发力。

What many camera companies do is run tests on shutters. Some stop at 100 K,
