１，Ｓｅｎｋｏ的最佳替代品，就我使用而言，是Ｙｕｍ Ｄｉｎｇｅｒ，Dinger比重
比Ｓｅｎｋｏ略小，下沉速度比Ｓｅｎｋｏ更慢，但是比Ｓｅｎｋｏ略硬； 不喜欢的
话，Ｋｉｎａｍｉ，也就是Yamamoto的儿子的公司，出产的其实是完全一样的，只是颜
色选择有些不同。
２，Ｗａｃｋｙ不是ｐｏｗｅｒｆｉｓｈｉｎｇ的选择。针对鱼特别sluggish的情况，
如变天、under pressure,低水温，另外是sightfishing的相当厉害的reaction strike
的饵。也就这一点而言，我会用小的dropshot的细钩条钩子，或者更多的时候，用
Gamakatsu的finesse WG weedless 2/0, 1/0; owner weedless bait hook 1#, 2#;
Decoy Metan Hunter Worm14 1/0 (weedless wacky rig special)。
３， 相当赞同关于橡胶圈的论述。现在有一种弹簧状螺丝钉替代品，可以解决这个问

路过FL，想顺便钓半天孔雀鲈，结果还悲惨空军了。所以2017年渔季，拖到了昨天才开

前天周六下了一天雪，昨天上午我看着风小点了，果断出动！结果一到水上心里凉半截
，中午的时候声纳水温37度F，还是在码头附近比较暖的地方。。。。
还好运气不错，不久上了今年第一条鱼，18寸左右
肥肥的小嘴，3.4磅
鱼还是很sluggish，估计还是冬天的状态，扎堆群居，我就继续在这个地方耗着，果然
又耗到了第二条小嘴，可惜比较小。又换了几个地方，几个小时也再没有咬口了，打道

美西div血战，加上小河每次到丹佛都有上佳发挥，我驴今年赛季前半程除了客场对海
鸟，最可能输的就是这一场。
但两个因素导致这场比赛倒向丹佛：
一、茶几目前伤兵累累，2个首发CB，1个LB和1个DE，先发RB，全都伤停；比较之下，
丹佛只有首发ILB一人伤停（Monte Ball可忽略），基本齐装满员，因此实力对比上丹
佛目前占有上风。四舅周一晚被我驴打得溃不成军也是因为伤兵太多的原因；
二、Mile High主场。海鸟的世纪莲，包包的兰博，拍子冬天的狐狸堡，我驴英里高，
是联盟的4大魔鬼主场，客队望之生畏。以AFCCG为例，如果在丹佛Mile High, 拍子扣
子基本没戏（可能小k不服）；如果在狐狸堡，扣子缴枪，我驴胜算不到5成；反之若在
Indy，大拉克率队挺进SB希望大增。因此，AFC 1st seed的重要性对我驴，扣子，拍子
来说太重要了。

领先半个身位。同组茶几只落后我驴一场，本周小河主场应该拿下公羊。如果野马意外
主场输大鱼，将会与茶几和酋长持平，随后就是12月客场到Arrowhead，后面还有客场对
茶几，野马知道那意味着什么。
如果我驴本赛季还想有所作为，这一场输不起了！不知道野马将士意识到urgency没有？
如果这一场主场比赛崩盘，那野马赛季基本就over! 从赛季初的再战SB目标，到
playoff都进不了，全队上下，从艾尔维到野马饭，谁也接受不了这个结果！酱狐狸整

昨天锻炼完感觉很sluggish，又比较想吃东西，最后还是吃了一小块Costco的72%Cocoa
的巧克力，怀疑自己不是有点overtrained就是有点undereating。今天早上起来感觉肩
膀没有完全恢复，决定今天不weight training，改成Jillian Michaels'"Banish Fat
Boost Metabolism Complete Workout"，大概50几分钟，almost killed！！！中间有
一段坚持不下来，一看心跳彪到187了，只能cheat一下。生老二真是毁人。生完老大三
个月的时候做了Jillian Michaels的30 day Shred，没有这样的。 |

the key part of the game was when there's around 2:30 left in the second

这星期侥幸获胜完全是伊利奶进攻乏力造成的。而六天以后将要对阵的小咪咪确实完全
不同的一只队伍
他们进攻防守相当的平衡紧凑，cook就是一个神一样的领导，相比之下，我军qb布什进
局子就是被放冷板凳，毫无热情。
我们这星期的预期相当的悲观，小咪咪卯足了劲，可以输给玉米棒子，但是绝对想输给
buckeye。
这星期又是一个严酷的周六，负责任地说，小咪咪是上狗，我们是大下狗。

照旧头晚睡的不好，早上自然醒（好在15K是10：00多比赛,前面是个4 MILER, 我就不
搞一天双赛了，不过以后也许试试）。连着两天没跑，也不感觉太累，仍然SLUGGISH.
第一MILE 6:30 （从没按这个PACE么跑过第一MILE，只是听身体感觉,加上贴住前面两
个JJWW的MM 也很舒服）

4 MILE 26:00 两个MM加速， 不跟我玩了
6 MILE 38:50 感觉还不错， 有可能SUB 1:00

回忆一下 上周全马PR，还在说自己为何不大一岁，这样明年就可以跑剥蚀顿了。 今
天好，我年纪正好， 年纪轻的和大的年龄组里 我这个成绩也就第10，偏偏咱这组的
快人 今天都休息，前两名把我甩得不知踪影，我凑巧混了个老三 下周打个电话去问
问 好像要发块 玻璃。 估计我跑一辈子也就这次混上了， 平时半马基本200-300名
， 难得短的混到前100， AGE PLACE 10。
早上非常SLUGGISH， 到了中央公园拿号码簿遇到‘ 大堵车’ 拿完号码存好包 离比
赛开始还剩10分钟 害得我连方便都没来得及（排队）
