decomposition temperature of initiators, but it does affect a lot on the
propagation step. High temperature initiators, like t-butyl peroxide,
usually used to polymerize sluggish monomers. On the contrary, low
temperature initiators used to polymerize sensitive monomers. |

The part before "On the contrary" was right. Although, more importantly the
high temperature initiators were used where slow initiation is desireed, for
example, casting process.
Low temperature initiators can polymerize sluggish monomer as well. t-butyl
peroxy dicarbonate is a low temperature initiator, but it generates highly
reactive radical which is the same as t-butyl peroxide.

retardation,不会complain,medical ICU fellow 来看了病人，觉得没那么重，不该转
过去，还是救了我的那个attending,坚持让他们把病人收走。交班的时候我让medical
ICU的intern一定要做腹部CT,没人理我。。。第二天一早，听说MICU急火火的让我们那
个attending会诊，病人 end up intubated,两个dilated sluggish pupil,后来发现
massive mesenteric artery thrombosis+necrotizing pancreatitis
这次medical ICU 的fellow 半梦半醒中还不忘问了我一句，你是前两天把xxx转过来的

67 yrs old female had a cervical laminectomy for her cervical myelopathy
yesterday. Her initial symptoms include gait disturbance. After the surgery
, she was found to have a right arm weakness and right pupil dilatation. She
had been in respiratory failure after the surgery and currently she was on
biPAP.
ICU nurse was apparently panic after she saw the dilated right pupil which
was new and confirmed by her family members.

发帖数: 89 | 35 早上5点半早醒，爬起来看了点书，又倒下睡到8点才起。出门找了个暖和地方呆着，尽
量不呆家里，家里没人太安静。我觉得有些人走来走去和小声说话的图书馆，和有音乐
放的咖啡馆，感觉都会好一些。
整个早上精力状态一般。午饭吃得很HAPPY，就是不知道到了下午人会不会犯困，特别
是犯困以后人会不会又开始变得SLUGGISH或者是焦虑。感觉昨天可能是中午喝了咖啡所
以触动了心慌，喝茶似乎会好些。所以以后还是少喝咖啡多喝茶吧。
负面思想在脑海里自觉出现了几次。多半就是，没有人爱你之类的话。觉得孤独，憋得
难受。有半个小时又特别想跟人打电话，不过后来忍忍还是过去了。
最近有个坏毛病。很多事情，看见了，计划好了什么时候做的，到了那个点儿总想再拖
会儿，或者一天两天。不知不觉就发现已经拖了两周以上了。对自己的印象评价更低。
其实无非就是完美主义思想在折腾。总想着怎么写这个东西才会写到最好。可是这个"
最”其实是无止境的。所以到后来变成了，不要谈“最”了，连基本的草稿都没有改出
来。
