years. the pay off line is nearly straight, 240k loan/15yr, so nearly 80k in
5 years, that's on top of the 60k down pay. my point is the money you put
in the house is NOT locked up till you sell.

刚搬了家，马上要装修，大冬天又不方便一直开窗。 家里有个强过敏的小孩子。所以
对贴地版的胶水很谨慎。（只能选择胶水粘地板了，房间高度太低决定的，其他非实木
地板
不考虑了）。
有没有同学对于这边胶水有研究的，那些号称安全的真的就安全么？
我刷了一次家，用的油漆也是号称安全的，没有危害的。可是那个味道让我明显感到头
疼等不适，是不是就是里面的甲醛导致的呢？有没有懂行的同学有好的安全品牌推荐呢？

节省你很多理解父母时间：
所有的老师的努力，多多少少都是为了 short term tangible 的 result 的。
或者定量的说，任何为了三年以后的效果的，并且跟短期结果可能有冲突的，甚至
要冒一定风险的，一定不能指望老师们主动当活雷锋。（其实这也是人之常情）。
我还有个重要的定律跟你分享一下，为啥女娃比男娃更容易在高中 slump？我认为
是因为统计上女娃比男娃更听话，而不是 following 娃自己的 instinct。具体
而言：
通常小学时娃被要求 participation is most important，因为所有题目都是
简单题目，只要花努力就能做出来。而高中时突然标准变成 competition is
more important。结果小学时光顾着努力拿高分让老师喜欢，但忘了培养长期的
cognition 的基本能力基本素质，于是叹息“"是非成败转头空，青山依旧在，
几度夕阳红。"。

无法有效的利用草稿纸，unable graph it out。
但我觉得 unable to graph it out 是个表象，其实质是 unable
to perceive math elements / problem-solving in space-time
presentation。
当然很多人会说，女生常常空间感不好，比如开车不行，是性别因子
主导。
我不否认性别因子的存在，但我怀疑的是，日常生活的空间感，跟
数学的空间感，是不是就一定是一回事？或者干脆说华罗庚能不能
摇身一变成 flying ace？
我觉得唯一看起来靠谱的说法：所有的认知，都是 nature + nurture。
而 nurture 里面最最重要的，就是 experience，或者说，
experiential learning。
从这个角度说，如果没有在 critical period 里，present
