话说上次钓到好几条三文，冰箱里塞买了鱼肉，除了煎了烤了没什么其他的做法，又因
为上次在cooper landing吃到的烟熏三文鱼特香，于是起了自己烟熏三文鱼的想法。以
前从来没薰过东西，也没见过人薰东西，出国前也没吃过熏得东西，所以事先对LG说好
薰坏了不要怪我。
问朋友借了个smoker grill，到网上查了查做法。自己动了手起来。
1） 鱼肉放冷藏室解冻一晚。找个大容器（不要是金属的），一加仑的水兑一杯盐
（没有加碘的，加碘的有金属味），一杯半红糖，切了几瓣蒜。因LG不喜欢甜的肉食所

杯糖。注意要先用（部分）热水完全溶解糖和盐，然后整个水放到冰箱里冷下来再放鱼
肉腌。
2） 腌肉时容器要放到冰箱里，防止细菌增长。一厘米厚的鱼肉要浸至少8个小时。
