傳銷賺不到錢，而賺錢的基本上是幾個騙子。傳銷人員每時每刻都想著如何拉人參加傳
銷，故意誇大事實或刻意隱瞞問題來進行宣傳，否則難以得逞。”
我並不認同這種說法。我深信，許多努力從事傳銷的人實際上並不是壞人，本身也是受
騙者。
在武漢的一家咖啡館裏，我曾遇到一個到處流竄、做了多年傳銷的人。聽他口若懸河地
吹噓一家叫作RBC Life Sciences的傳銷公司，我忍不住拿起他放在桌上的產品目錄冊
子來翻看。
這是一個來自美國紐約的體態有點發福的中年男子（記得他叫譚偉光，英文名Jacky
Tan），說話聲音挺大。他用帶有濃重廣東口音的國語，拍胸脯說：“我絕對不騙你，
我做RBC每個月賺兩萬！你看，這是髓寶----幹細胞產品，每天早兩粒晚兩粒能治好絕
癥，全球唯一，世紀性的創造！六十美元一瓶...”
他見我將信將疑，於是把一只印著英文字“Stem-Kine”的藍瓶子遞給我，並鄭重其事
地補充說：“RBC Life公司所有產品都是納米科技做的，老板是‘蘆薈之父’，世界第
一！”

父亲过海关被查出未声报的美金与钻戒，罚款7000多加币
事情是这样的，我父亲这次过海关，被查出未声报的美金与一枚钻戒。罚款TOTAL是7000多加币。
本来我们也就认倒霉了，可是后来在去交罚款时，一位好心的海关提醒我们可以APPEAL或REQUEST A REVIEW给海关部门。理由是我父亲英语不好，对加拿大海关的一些条款不了解，所以未声报一些物品。所以我和我父亲就想不管如何也要把那7000多加币给要回来啊。
现在我有一些问题，
1，我父亲过几天要回国了，估计是要写一份委托书，委托我来帮他处理这件CASE。委托书要如何写？
2，写给CUSTOM的信要如何写？ 因为实在对法律一窍不通,所以请坛子里的大大们指教啊。

Bible Museum says five of its Dead Sea Scrolls are fake
The Museum of the Bible, in Washington DC, sent five of its 16 fragments for
analysis in Germany.
But results showed "characteristics inconsistent with ancient origin", the
museum said.
Costing $500m (£386m), the museum was opened by Evangelical Christian
and billionaire Steve Green in 2017.
The Dead Sea Scrolls are a set of ancient manuscripts of the Hebrew Bible.
