然后你强调SPECIFIC IMPULSE才是至关重要的因素。可是数据又表明，旧ENGINE一样有
这么大的SPECIFIC IMPULSE。光看这个指标，新ENGINE也不恐怖。

下面是一封申请EB2 NIW I-140的petition letter的范例。这是多年前公开发表在
MITBBS“落地生根”版上的一个帖子。现在重贴于此，供大家参考。
个人点评：EB2 NIW的申请是技术活，满足NIW的三个方面都必须论证到位，否则就通过
不了；而且论证过程中，有些关键词必须出现在移民官的视野里。这封petition
letter基本上达到了这几方面的要求。更难能可贵的是，这封petition letter的后面
，还列出了所有的exhibit，值得参考。

当然不可以。random primer不能用来做qPCR。原因是这个是random的，所以对各个RNA
的RT efficiency是不一样的，所以以后的qPCR都没意义了。
如果要qPCR可以用polyA或者target specific primers。但是也不能混用。原因是
polyA会RT，而你的specific primers也可以RT，结果是你的target被polyA和specific
primers分别RT，而QC只被polyA RT。但是poly A和specific primer的RT efficiency
是不一样的，所以二者不再可比。
所以只能要么用poly A，要么target和control都用specific primers。
btw，gapdh的做RT是有kit的，买一个就可以了吧？

gained through potency. It could be selective for a specific set of
isozymes but definitely not specific at 5 microM. Single digit nanoM to
picoM inhibitors could be very specific if you used at the correct
concentration.
