疼痛没了，再上新鞋recovery run。几个回合应该就好了。
我刚换speedstar的时候也是这样，鞋轻，跑的快，没多久就不舒服。

last sunday. he suggested that my shin splints was caused by the excessive
heel cushioning of cumulus and that I should go with flat instead. will
probably be wearing speedstar for most part now.
2. heartbreak hill is overrated. talking about the one in Newton, not the
one in central park.
3. had X-ray today, no stress fracture. I previous assumed that stress

running the marathon. I'm taking a low mileage approach this time around.
what I did this week was:
Monday: rest
Tuesday: 1 hour on the treadmill at 8.6-9.5mph
Wednesday: rest
Thursday: 45 minutes hill session on the treadmill at 15% around 4.8mph
Friday: 1 hour on the treadmill at 8.6-10mph
Saturday: rest
Sunday: 3.5-hour run at conversational pace, including 2 hours with a group.

only pair of real flats, mizuno wave universe, is expensive and is not very
durable. I'm going to try some cheaper flats. |

还有一个指标是看heel-to-toe drop。一般的跑鞋是12-14mm drop，minimalist则<=
10mm。
heel-to-toe drop太大的鞋对achilles和calf有过分的保护，不太natural。

是俺一年多前开始减肥跑步， 穿着一双吱吱叫的Nike Air Max跑了仨月以后，
正式开始半严肃跑步的启蒙鞋：
Kayano 14是俺在Nordstrom Racks买的第一双打折后80来块的跑鞋,
当时那个心疼啊， 没想到这个只是个开始。。。2130x2 是有一次Bing
Cashback后30刀/双在easybay买的两双。都是stability的鞋， 那时候在跑版
潜水， 感觉是大家推崇的鞋鞋，这期间基本把体重从170lb减到了140lb,
并完成了第一个半马。。

然后，鞋底很硬，穿着不如HyperSpeed舒服。
今天穿着新鞋跑了十迈，不知道如何描述着感觉，虽然SS鞋底不会镶嵌石头，
也不会吸地上的水进鞋子，但是没有觉得多出来的“保护”有啥作用。
是不是一旦穿平底鞋，就没法回头了？ |

目前我觉得最舒服的鞋就是hyperspeed和newton了。 |

（Glycerin又被小狗NN了，汗），当时就觉得真舒服啊，特别是
前脚掌，软软的垫子，HyperSpeed4的前掌基本就是啥都没有。。
当时其实有闪过一丝念头要穿SS4上场，但是想想既然都穿HS4跑
了俩月了，不试一下总是不甘心的。。 |

发帖数: 4527 | 45 I am using SS4 and mach 11 now. SS4 gives way more protection, especially
for heels. When I wear mach 11, my heels were pretty tight and sometimes
were hurt a bit although I was landing on forefoot. But I am happy with both
of them.
Indeed I am not quite picky for shoes. My old gel pulse was also good, with
nearly 600 miles. Some basket ball shoes are also okay... |
