这四种"太阳鸟"牌的食品因内含疑似带有沙门氏菌黑胡椒，由美国新泽西州Mincing Overseas Spice Company公司生产。食品在全加范围出售，负责销售‘太阳鸟’牌食品的安省密西沙加生命树公司(Tree of Life Canada ULC)，已经自愿从其所有商店货架上撤除，加拿大食品检验局正密切关注这次食品下架的效应。
美国食品暨药物管理局本周早些时候已经发布了类似的食品召回，被疑含有沙门氏菌的Little Caesars Spice Packs胡椒调味品在美国、加拿大、墨西哥都有销售。

面”项目的运行状况。但是，网友很快发现其中一段帮助文本是英文。经搜索发现这段
文本来自加拿大软件工程师约丹·约丹诺夫（Iordan Iordanov）的远程桌面客户端
bVNC，这是一个“开源软件”，源代码是公开的。

断了自己的腿。
根据图片显示，在莫斯科以东2100英里的普罗科皮耶夫斯克市，这名男子吸毒吸high了
以后，从左膝盖以上的位置将自己的腿砍断了。据称，他躺在医院的病床上，曾痛苦地
抓着自己的左腿残肢哀嚎，血流一地。
这张令人震惊的照片是在该男子从普通病房转移时拍摄的。照片中，他穿着裤子，左腿
的残肢下还放着一个塑料袋。
事发后，这名男子最初被紧急送往重症监护室，无奈的是，医务人员虽成功地止住了血

原料，然后倒入stock（清汤），然后simmer的。
比如这个recipe：
Title: Turkey Chili

Melt butter in heavy large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and celery
and sauté until vegetables begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Add spice
mixture to saucepan. Toast spices until aromatic. Add turkey stock and

这是简化版本的烤鱼。因为家附近没有中国超市，所有的东西都是从shop Rite弄来的.
菜谱
用料：去皮去骨头的罗非鱼三片（我家旁边的超市只有这种鱼），洋葱一个，大蒜8瓣
，生姜一块，McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶1.5oz，2oz干辣椒一袋，料酒，食用油
，芦笋，蘑菇，long spicy pepper一个半，生抽，芹菜
步骤：1. 洋葱切成洋葱圈，铺在烤盘里，然后把鱼放在洋葱上。姜切丁，洒在鱼上
2.四勺料酒，三勺食用油，大半勺盐，搅拌均匀，撒在鱼上，等半小时
3.把鱼放进烤箱里，400华氏度，烤半小时
3.锅里放油，等油稍微热下，把McCormick Mixed Pickling Spice一瓶，2oz干辣椒一
袋，切成丁的大蒜八瓣，切成丁的long spicy pepper一个半扔进去，炒啊炒啊炒，闻

我想到:是否可以夹杂着其它东西吃下它呢？希腊面包里放了肉桂粉、豆蔻、多香果、
丁香。还有一些extract。
于是我做了三明治，其实我对西餐不太感兴趣，因为觉得西餐喜欢加入太多spice，而
且形状也不好看，什么都放入搅拌机打成糊糊。而且我从来不吃cheese。所以根据自己
和老公的口味，还考虑到营养搭配和家里所剩的调味品以及蔬菜，我做了这款三明治。
家里的烧烤酱一直没有用多少，于是涂了一点。
PS:我还是厨房小菜鸟，厨龄不足一年。可能见过的以及吃过的西餐远远没有大牛们多
，所以我的面包系列只是我自己的一些小感悟。 |

过程很唐哈，表介意。。。。。
下午去Kroger凑那过olay10刀的rebate，买了4瓶oldspice的body wash（这个加上
ecoupon可以mm点儿），2瓶olay cleanser,1瓶olay total effect BW, 一个cover
girl的小海绵，还有ivory soap bar。
胖子包括2张old spice b1g1 BW,1张old spice 1off2BW，一张b1g1 cleanser, 一张

泰国人都不喜欢这家店，说比较偏离泰国原本的风味，我去过几次，觉得服务很好，味

我多少算个小小的香水控。
其实，对男香好奇已久，就是一直不敢大胆尝试，怕出门被当成拉拉~~~
记得前些日子，还在开心网发起过一个投票，大概类似“你会怎么看待女生用男香”的
投票。
最终的结果，好像大家对此还是很比较接受的。
我一直认为：男香其实是个女人闻的，女香才是给男人闻的。
下午从图书馆回来的时候，路过state 上的 ULTA，进去试了大概4-5 款男香，
大多材质平平，就记住了其中的两款：
No 1
BVLGARI EXTREME cologne by Bvlgari
woods and spices with low notes of lavender.
其实我觉得这款香水的称谓有点前后矛盾。
既然已经 extreme，竟然还是古龙水。
古龙到了极致，还是不会变成金庸。
所以，韦小宝再多情，也不可能爱上黄蓉。
Bvlgari extemem 自然不会很清淡，
喷雾散开的瞬间，仿佛一双成熟的男人的手，温暖而有力。
基本木质的基调，若有似无的spices 调配到恰到好处：
多一份怕浓重，少一丝又嫌单薄。
可以感觉到森林深处，似乎存有紫衣仙子的住处 |

5 spice 和 china gourmet 是boulder 的两家比较著名的中餐馆。
其它还有golden sun，新鸿星在broomfield。
要求高就得去denver了。spice china有上海厨师不过一般不出手，要电话预订一些特
色菜。

周末去了five spice，说实话，也挺一般的，也可能没点对菜；
今天刚去了gourmet china，一个菜还不错，另一个差点，
这几天有机会去尝尝另外几家

com查看。Miami顶级的餐厅几乎都参加了，好多餐厅的人均消费是$200, 但是八九月去
，从Miami spice menu订餐, 均价LUNCH $22, DINNER $35,包括appetizer, main,
dissert 当然税和酒水不包括。我知道的特别好的几家Setai Hotel, Four Season
Hotel, China Grill, 平时都很贵，环境超好，这绝对是个品味美味佳肴的好机会，大
家不要错过了。 |
