我看到HSIM手册里边有讲到stop at的命令，不过我没用过HSIM。
如果在暂停了之后，HSIM可以修改pwl的电流源就好了。
很早以前的SPICE有stop的命令，不过HSPICE好像没有。
SPICE版本太老，后来一直没有更新，所以不太好用。

发帖数: 442 | 4 一般来说同厂同代不同工艺用的金属连线参数基本是一样的，这时候要看标准阈值管的
模型参数。最好能找两个工艺PDK的Spice Model和金属连线寄生参数（也在Spice
Model那个Manual里）比较一下。比如EEPROM一般是在标准GP工艺的基础上增加了厚栅
高压器件，普通阈值管是一样的。
对于Std Cell Lib，一般不会用到高压器件，或者你设计的时候不使用高压cell，那么
就基本上是兼容的。另外请仔细阅读Lib的Readme和User Guide，一般会有提及这个Lib
是否和其他工艺是共用的，或者是从其他工艺的Lib发展而来，改变在哪里等等…… |

If I graduate from Harvard/MIT or whatever "elite" schools and now I want to
go for law school, I will probably have similar thought process like op's,
but I'd keep it to myself when I am seeking advice from people who I don't
know and all I can rely upon is their kindness. I think that makes a
difference. Sometimes being a fake is better than being straight.

分显示，就餐者叫了几道价格不高的菜，比如15英镑一份的鸡丝、5英镑一份的素炒饭
和7英镑的冰沙拼盘。但他们也喝了一瓶1.9万英镑的轩尼诗白兰地。
8月4日上午，通过搜狐新闻客户端看到了这个消息，把它推送到了微博上，在新闻
前，我加了一句评论：“中国人民真有钱。”
实际上，新闻里并没有确认这15名奥运会官员来自中国。
这当然有些问题，我主观认定这15人就是中国人，而且他们花的是“中国人民”的
钱，确实不太严谨。因此，有网友开始提醒我：“应该不是中国的，中国人一般不会吃
的这么清淡，也不会这么挑酒。应该是西方某个发达国家的！”

小茴香一茶匙，等等
水开了放茶叶，然后放大概水的1/2那么多的牛奶，
还有糖，再烧开，一分钟后，过滤出来，就可以了。
根据BBC的描述，如果要正宗，需要纯天然茶杯，这个
不容易买得到，但是我认为可以自己做个代用品：

本虾一直思索我这个著名ID是干什么用的。黄色小说只能给大家带来一时之乐，只不过

言归正传，先谈谈这个系的变态政策。
博士生只要拿过系里一分钱，就不能转硕士，不论任何原因。博士生中途不给硕士。
这个系没有几个TA职位，叫兽绝大多数没有钱，但拼命找学生。老印一般不读博士，所
以绝大多数博士生都是中国人。
DGS Liu Derong一般第一个学期就催新生快发文章，越快越好。
第二个学期就高诉学生，系里没有钱，出去找GA (graduate assistant).

这份面条被称为“中国普里”，是传统印度街头小吃“贝尔普里”(bhel puri)的变形

买家进入了争夺《福布斯》杂志终极收购大战。截至目前，这六个买家的最高竞拍价格
