, the only occasion that needs the Trac. is when 1 front wheel starts to
spin. Even when 1 front wheel is spining, both the rear wheels still can
provide some power (40% for SH-AWD). That should be enough under most of the
driving conditions. There are no benifit to use Trac if both front wheels

车祸的事故报告出来了，如大家所言，我的全责，外加一张没有yield 直行车的ticket。
我已经找了律师。律师叫我做财产保护。大概的意思就是用房子抵押从银行借现金出来。
然后剩下的事情就是等着他来告我了吧。保险公司来电话告诉我他在医院住了12天，有
multiple spine friction. 并且写了一封信告知我，25万/50万可能cover 不了。估计
诉讼是不可避免了呀。他说很多免费的律师接这种公司的。
大家开车还是要小心，尤其是左转，这个教训太大了。 |

首先，我觉得你的车座椅一定要有adjustable lumar support. 没有的话可以去买一个
放在腰后面 主要是你的lumbar spine一定要有support。也就是inward curve的部分。
另外保证你的膝盖跟hips尽量在一个高度，减少lumbar压力。
prolong sitting肯定会加重low back pain.这也是为什么现在大多数公司都提倡sit
stand workstation. 坐在车里是一个道理。
结合你的情况， 如果你已经感到low back pain， 如果平躺抬脚感觉臀部和大腿有
numbness活着tingling， 有腰椎间盘突出压迫神经可能， 建议去骨科拍片。 mri和
xray都很容易看出来。
肌肉酸痛是腰椎压迫神经时候， 肌肉代偿性的承受更多压力造成的。
建议同时咨询pt。 会有些stretch 会缓解， 但不会根治腰痛。只有保持neutral 姿势
才会阻止情况变坏。 |

1.容易被误闯的醉酒/新移民/不熟当地路况的外地人/失恋的白牛逆行车撞爆头
2.容易被比你更快的车追尾，更危险的是被翘尾进入spining状态，这时什么awd/4wd/
kdss都没用。。。
3.容易引发路怒。。。
4.有更大机会撞上路上的垃圾，因为慢车道车多，垃圾更大机会被前车带走清理掉。。
总结：人在路上，就如同人在江湖，左右前后都要预防好，不是按照法规就安全了，还
要street smart来减少出事几率。。。 |
