的。
要看病就找spine doctor, 要拍片子诊断的，别信老中医。 |

架。
老中医只能当偏方用，真疼得厉害了，找spine doctor确诊还是正道。理疗师（
chiropractor）也是旁门左道的。 |

TRANE 的机子也是非常优秀的，我前面提到那年代Carrier 圆形那款，和TRANE的冷气
机是类似的，大家都采用spine fin aluminum coil,这个coil 的设计我很喜欢，
Carrier 后来就停产了，TRANE 一直采用到现在，除了XB300外。 |

Technically, what I have is a "disc protrusion" in the lower back. this is
what the MRI shows. My disc "sticks out" and pinches a nerve. the nerve it
happens to pinch is the sciatic nerve -- the largest nerve that runs from

next 4 years the effect diminished, some of them end up to repeat the

站都不能连续2小时以上，否则就会觉得腰酸难受，尤其早晨醒来的时候觉得腰酸痛，
一年以前，病情加重，腰痛加剧。于是断断续续去看大夫，大概看了半年的中医，时好
时坏，最后发现腰下方有个地方很痛，采用刺血拔罐的方法，觉得腰部没有那么痛了，
但是早晨醒来感觉背部靠脊椎的两边的肌肉还是发紧难受。后来搬到另一个州，不再继
续看医生，自己在家里用按摩器按摩，针灸仪针灸，总是不见好转。尤其自从我再那一
辆、两个尖痛的部位使劲按摩以后，陆续有腰部下方其他地方的疼痛，位置也不断在变
，后来甚至蔓延到腿部疼痛，不能坐太久，否则两条腿的两外侧和上方会火辣辣的疼。
后来又用拔火罐的办法，坚持了一个月，感觉好多了，只是睡久了还是会觉得背部肌肉
发紧不舒服。最近去看西医，拍了核磁共振，医生告知 Physical therapy herniated
discs lumbar spine. 差了英汉字典，还是不能确定这到底是腰椎盘突出还是腰椎盘
破裂，不知道这到底严不严重，请哪位转嫁回答一下，先谢了！！ |

surgery) the disease involved the nerve system ( brain, spine, peripheral
nerves and muscles). Sometimes, cases are not the straight forward. MRI
show disc problem may not necessary completely comparable with the symptoms.
It is not unusual that several causes may integrate together. Neurologist
is the one to help to figure out.

pain in the flank/groin area.
2) other passibilities including: radiculopathy/sciatic pain, pelvic bone
pain, mass in pelvic..... but these will not cause blood in urine.
3) MRI abdomen/pelvic. Considering MRI lumbar spine. if need to wait for a
long time to get them ( usually due to insurance company delay), KUB and
pelvic X-ray may find the stone or big mass if it is the case.

if you are in 30s this is probably the best time for elective surgery as the
perioperative risks would be low, comparing to someone who is in 70s with
underlying coronary disease, diabetes, and kidney disease and such,
always an option to seek a second opinion from experienced spine surgeon or

nemaline myopathy has variable presentations, some the symptoms are very
mild, some are severe(patient die during infancy from respiratory muscle
failure),
if your have trunk muscle weakness then you might need to have supportive
brace or have surgery to fuse the spine to stablize the posture,
if you have bulbar muscle weakness then swallowing becomes an issue and
might need to have tube feeding,
if respiratory muscles are involved patient might become vent dependent, |

probably not, private insurance most likely would decline any pre-existing
condition, and can't imagine he'd qualify for medicaid/medicare either,
without insurance, it's very unlikely you will find any physician to look
into his case especially it's an elective procedure; assume he did have
insurance, then you can look for ortho or spine surgery; the other thing is
you might need to make sure his symptoms are not from cluadication, |

EMG will tell about any peripheral neuropathy,
without any detailed information, all we have right now is a negative MRI of
the brain, negative MRI of the spinal cord(cervical? or the whole spine?),
and his symptoms started with bilateral legs weakness not too long ago but
now is ascending to his arms/hands,
if he has diminished reflex, then i would think he needs a lumbar puncture
to rule out GBS, guillain barre syndrome is a progressive symmetrical muscle
weakness most often starts form legs |

cancer(though highly likely but without tissue diagnosis it's a still a
question mark), and to know what type,
however, by the scan result, there are mediastinal involvement and thoracs
spine had shown lytic lesions, then it is at least T4, so for non-small cell
it's already stage IIIB, for small cell he could still be limite |

10-40 (or 45) go for bracing, there are many options, you need to see a doc
for that. according to my experiences, the brace made in US is much better
than that in china. while cheaper. remember to do Xray every half a year, be
sure to cover the whole length of the spine, which needs a special x-ray
machine. If not available, use several films and combine together.

so I guess this is spur of cervical spine, pressing your carotid artery (
headache, tinnitus and nausea) and nerves (shoulder muscle spasm). Xray or
CT may show us the anatomical structure.

最近因为身体原因要找歌spine MRI 医生就给推荐了个，当时也没多想，就去了，结果
做完了发现是out of nextwork 的，要付deductible $500，还有30% after
deductible。
不知道这种情况可以不可以补救呢？

side effect. His symptoms more than likely are caused by something else.
