才传真到。据律师说之前曾收到8封和我同一个Case Number，但是其他申请人的RFE。
TSC的混乱可见一斑。
版上有人熟悉这个IO吗？是杀手吗？和公司律师商量，她觉得主要根据RFE逐条回复和
重新指明已经提供的Evidence就可以，基本不用补充推荐信和其他材料，但我心里没底。
报告一下基本情况吧。弱case，大牛见笑。油公司研发，材料方向。4篇journal，4篇
conference paper，其中7篇是一作。他引只有40，不过国家分布还可以。找了三封独
