作必须是sponsor绿卡的吗?如果新工作不sponsor,会不会影响我现在的485申请?

本人Master of Science on Finance，OPT明年2月到期，到现在还没找到sponsor H1b
的工作
我现在处于很凄惨的阶段，好像我只能够申请今年的H1b了，如果申请明年，四月才能
开始申请，那这样的话最早生效也是10月，距离OPT到期有足足8个月，没有公司愿意招
吧。
请教各位，是这样吗？我应该怎么办？谢谢 |

昨天10月25日，我们EB移民心目中的女神--罗富贵阿姨终于加入到co-sponsor HR3012
的行列中。
其实之前罗阿姨本就有意一起co-sponsor该法案，但是Lamar Smith由于之前某个法案
的分歧，或是出于驴象党争，不领罗的这份情。
现在大概是SMITH先生觉得这样做过于小器，或是因为罗阿姨要求入伙的热情很高，于
是就在这个法案上加入了她的名字。
除了法案提出者，犹他州共和党议员Jason Chaffetz（“杰生”-谢飞志）以外

如果不用雇主sponsor H-1B了，那就是说找工作容易了，是好事。
如果还是需要雇主sponsor H-1B，然后H-1B的门槛又大大提高了，那就是坏事。

统计硕士刚毕业，找工作不容易啊，有个公司准备给类似 contact 性质的工作，可是
明确说明不给sponsor h1b，只能干2年，也就是opt用完，这样的工作能干么？有什么
利弊？
骑驴找马可以么？
现在比较矛盾的是 不知道要不要继续再找找工作？
因为8月毕业，这样理论上从现在开始还有最多大概9个月继续找工作的时间，哎，犹豫啊 |

现在的目标是争取到一半以上的house judiciary member sponsor（现在大概还差2个
），以及一半以上的house member sponsor（需要200人，还差80）。。 他们现在像

这几天可以用朋友的车练一下，但朋友不是MA驾照，所以没法陪我考试
求一个sponsor，是不是专业教练都行，2.28周四那天陪我去Cambridge考场考试
如果您是驾校教练，应该明码实价吧，没啥争议

但board要求挺严格的，要两年连续报税5万5，还要7封推荐信，雇主证明，pay stubs.
.....我担心买了以后再过几年转手卖比较难，法拉盛很多人不报税的，而且这房子永
远不许出租，flip tax高达10%
前几天听别人说有些co-op是直接从sponsor手里买的，不需要通过board，而且可以出
租，听上去还不错。不知道sponsor的co-op有什么利弊，谢谢。 |

现在急需一个Operation Operator/System Admin - 负责监控公司线上产品的正常运作
,要求这个人要有2-3年监控大流量(几十万以上用户流量)线上服务系统的经验,最好有
iCloud的knowledge和exposure, 然后就是System Admin的基本要求.
待遇在温哥华当地而言算得上competitive(当然不能跟湾区来比哈). 公司可以sponsor

国内有国际经济学学位，美国有Marketing bachelor degree. 在国内西门子实习。
我妹的英文非常好，人也聪明，漂亮。 无奈就业形势太差。 加上这个专业也比较难找
sponsor. 目前做销售。 但是公司太小，办不了。

绝对不会给普通的工程师

对那些超级大牛(fellow)级别的倒是有可能给办绿卡, 可问题是这些人要么一般都公民
了, 要么别的公司也给

is even cheaper and easier than sponsoring a H1B in terms of expense and
admin burden. I am most concerned about their rigid firm-wide policy, e.g.
EB2 for Managers and above/EB3 for Manager below. Also, if we were to
strictly interpret the legal definition of "Executive/Manager" for the
purpose of L1A, I think only Partners in big 4 can qualify as having
required managing authorities such as firing people. |

is whether they sponsor L1A (not L1B) at manager level. L1A visa can qualify
you for EB1C category for GC application thus avoid quota system and long
waiting period as embedded with EB2 or EB3 categories. On the other hand,
L1B is not helping at all to Chinese or Indians as you still need go through
EB2 (which i am currently on). The subtle difference between L1A/L1B does
not matter to people from countries other than C |

个身份相关的，
1. 是否合法在美国工作？
2. 将来是否需要sponsor work visa？
如果我是开始用opt，以后希望公司用H1B的话，第一个选 是， 第二个选 是。 请问
大家是这样回答吗？ 如果这样说需要以后sponsor，会不会直接不优先考虑？
一般公司申了多久会有消息。一直没消息，不知道是不是这些问题直接把我给过滤掉了
