visa. For example, if you >250/250, excellent spoken English, strong
research back ground and you can convince the PD you will get a fellowship
somewhere. The most important thing is that you must get matched/prematched.
Before you get in, this question is too early and inappropriate to ask!
Think about it: your visa situation is in your ERAS application. If they don
't sponsor visa, why the program waste their time to send |

话) ？
另再真诚请教2个小问题，
2. 医院H1 签证近期难度系数多少？有官方数据吗？什么时候可以知晓给不给？面试的
时候就可以吗？还是要等到次年3月match出结果时？
3. Step3 的成绩最晚什么时候必须出？
是次年2月之前还是面试的时候就必须有 否则无戏？
如果各位好心的前辈愿意就这个话题再多了唠扯两句的 ， 更是不胜感激！！！ |

统计硕士刚毕业，找工作不容易啊，有个公司准备给类似 contact 性质的工作，可是
明确说明不给sponsor h1b，只能干2年，也就是opt用完，这样的工作能干么？有什么
利弊？
骑驴找马可以么？
现在比较矛盾的是 不知道要不要继续再找找工作？
因为8月毕业，这样理论上从现在开始还有最多大概9个月继续找工作的时间，哎，犹豫啊 |

首先，这些公司管PR的人目前还真未必了解这件事情，觉得最好先在开头把事实说一遍
。I am writing to bring to your attention an incident of racially motivated
hote speech on the ABC Network's Jimmy Kimmel Live! show, which your
company is sponsoring. 然后把事情说一遍，重要的不是小孩子的话，而是Kimmel的
话，尤其是那句should we allow the Chinese to live? 指出Kimmel对小孩子的引导
，从他后来的话看，他是告诉了孩子们“杀光中国人”是不现实的，但是完全没有指出
，这是genocide，是完全超过现代社会中所有道德底线的。
不要纠结小孩子的话是否scripted。
另外不要说no matter which side you are on the issue和we are not asking you

我给你解释一下我这封信的构思。这封信是给这些sponsor的PR部门看的，不是给受害
的中国人社区看的。我的模板完全是从PR部门利益出发：PR不见得care中国人的感情和
社会的道德底线，有些人还可能幸灾乐祸，但是人家肯定care钱和用钱买好的image，
以及中国人民的钱包。我是从拉拢这些PR人员的角度出发的，不是要把他们也打倒。在
公司里面混过的老油条都应该知道这个。公司里面广告的budget本来流动性就很大，哪
里效果好就往哪里投，和事件具体细节，社会道德，中国人民的感情，美国人民的骄傲
，半毛钱关系都没有。
模板这个东西没有标准答案，大家可以在此基础上自由发挥，写出更好的东西。本人才
疏学浅，还要照顾老婆孩子做家务踢球高尔夫打枪，大家就凑活看吧。

真实的还是虚假的？让百度去核实，等于让网络小编去审核学术论文，根本是无稽之谈
。关键问题是医疗广告应该由医疗监管部门去审查核实，否则媒体能做的顶多只是象３
６０宣布的那样，干脆不做这一块，实际对用户并不是福。如果google仍然在中国，那

的时候已经和我说好签一年的，明年还不确定。
我现在担心的一大堆：
1.怕人家不给我sponsor H1b, 又不让我CPT做。那这个offer拿了等于白拿。
2.明年要是走人，我这学术界的H1b转工业界的H1b有很大的gap，那我不是完蛋了。
还不如让我CPT干着，然后我慢慢找工业界的工作，合同到期后跳工业界。这一年还得
拼着小命儿做research，争取屁挨着地。
不过，学术界我算是看透了，像我这样的是找不到啥好职位了。 |
