离开美国，现住国外（不是中国）。现决定回美国工作，可是以前的雇主不可能继续
sponsor我绿卡或是再回原公司工作。
在美国交过多年的social security/medicare，401K，etc. 同学，朋友也都在那里，

Too many hassles besides costs. If they can find the employee they need
without sponsoring somebody, they will.
