有人说“配偶”的英文是spouse。大错特错。spouse的词源是中古英语spousaille，法
语的espousaille。意思是“婚姻”。spouse的形容词形式是spousal，意思是“婚姻的
”。spouse强调的是婚姻。
“配偶”强调是“配”和“偶”，指代跟自己相配的另一半，并不强调婚姻。对应于英

如果没有，那就是joint tenancy without survivorship。王和李一人一半，王死后，
