2007, was out of running for three

average, and my weekly mileage
got higher this year. Initially you improve quickly, and then you may hit a
plateau at some point and you may
need to increase the mileage. Some say that in order to improve consistently
at the marathon distance,
55mpw is required. |

three months in 2007 -- I started over from ground zero and have been
improving steadily ever since. You will be back. Enjoy the daily mileage! |

accidental sports injuries such as an ankle sprain. It is never necessary to

w****1 发帖数: 4931 | 26 I would say that is very uncommon. Even with the worst running injuries I've
ever had, including stress fracture
and knee injuries, I have never been forced out of running for more than a

my ankle severely while playing soccer).
But I should point out that X-ray CANNOT detect stress fracture. If you
really believe that you had a stress
fracture, you need to do a bone scan which is a somewhat complicated
procedure. |

1)炎症是身体对抗伤痛的自然反应,是身体自我修复过程的正常症状;
2)药物消除炎症,同时也抑制了身体的自我修复过程,反而不利于伤痛的恢复;
