标 题: 邻居的sprinkle直接浇到我家车库里面了,帮想想还有啥报复的办法

停在外面的车也给浇了个遍
这个贱人邻居以前使过不少坏,像投诉,给我们的花喷round up,未经允许自由出入我家
院后,割我家草,放我家水,我们都吞了,如果他以前没干那些事这次我们肯定是keep
quite.现在报复他的机会来了
他家浇水时我们上门敲门,不知是故意不开还是人不在家反正没找着人.打算写email给
他用CC的形式给HOA的人每人发一份(LD和他都是HOA的member),要他赔$10刀我们前一天
洗车的钱(会不会太cheap了?不想做得太过让HOA的人反感,虽然对这个asshole恨之痛绝
).要他调整sprinkle的方向,还有啥主意没?我们各方位拍下了浇水时浇到我家车上和车
库里的照片.
主意出得好的送包子,对这货,我是抓一次把柄就要打压他一次,让他把以前对我们做的

才不会冻裂水管。你夏天第一次用的话，就要去把总阀门打开，很容易找的。 |

季度涨了1000刀呀。跑去相关部门问，发现前房主愣是欠了2012年全年的水费没有交，
劈成两半加到到2013年前两个季度的房产税上了。最后去问律师，发现在closing前我
们的好律师就有给city hall寄支票清所有烂账，只是city hall系统没有摸干净旧帐。
万幸万幸。没被再框700多刀。
意外收获一张前房主的水费帐单，发现water竟然比sewer高。俺们家那口子顿时激动起
来。
根据我们这里的公示价格，水是5.08 / 100ccf; sewer是5.24/100ccf，记上水量自动
变成下水量。（默认1：1用量）。 在我们的强大亚洲人珠算大脑里，唯一能解释上水
比下水贵的原因是:: 难道前房主好心的把屋前屋后俩龙头单立了水表算sprinkling/
irritation system?(浇地的水只算上水，就不算进下水量了)
咨询朋友，得知，如果你有单立的水表，你所有的水表都会在屋外方便city读表。但是

大家如果是新房主，有大片草地需要sprinkle system的，可以在建房时要求多加水表
，估计能节水不少。
我家后面那条窄窄的brook是邻居地界的，平时踩过去看看没事，打水，上泵就别想了
。那水细的，估计也就能打湿我的鞋。不过确实对周围植物繁殖非常有帮助，和两边35
米之内都绝对不需要浇地。 |

按比例画在纸上寄到home depot的design center，他们会给你设计好只个sprinkler的
系统寄还给你，这个设计是免费的，按他们的设计，到时候只能买他家的喷头管道零件。
请人也最多是请人挖土，排管道相对来说还是自己做比较放心。 |

每天需要手动用hose浇水的就有2块很大的和2块小的。 其实一块特大的地是有
sprinkle 的， 但是LD为了省钱，叫我用hose 浇 。今天发现每天下班后要花一个多小
时浇水，觉得很烦。今天一怒之下把sprinkle 开启了，每天自动连草地一起浇十分钟
，这样我每天浇地的时间就少了至少一半。
各位新老农民不知道大家是怎么样处理浇水问题的？ 每月水费自动浇得话大约上涨多
少？
想在其他几块没有sprinkle 的地上投资滴灌系统，不知道要花费多少银子？
另外如果上了滴灌的话，每次要翻地的时候怎么弄，不是很麻烦吗？

太离谱。后来发现自己在家DIY并不难，味道雷同80%以上，成本20%不到。=^_^=
需要的材料和工具有：

如太阳没出来之前浇。可以去买timer,装在水龙头上，和那种portable sprinkle,都很
便宜，先顶着用。
我也是前段时间铺的草坪，开始没有经验，一天只浇一次，而且天气又热，一下就枯了
一大片。隔壁邻居跟我家同一天铺的，他家装了sprinkle system, 而且刚铺好那几个
星期没有close, 水费全算builder的，浇起来一点不心疼，那草坪，美得不行。再看看
我们家的癞痢头草坪，真是羡慕嫉妒恨啊！！！

今年刚接手的草地，简直是焦头烂额。
草是KBG, 6月接手的时候绿油油一片，有点clover. 接手后啥也不懂， sprinkle
system 当时也没开。等了一个星期才开了sprinkle, 草地有大概0.5acre, 分了5个区
。开始的时候设置的是一个区3分钟，现在知道时间太短。三天浇一次。
过了一个星期，看了clover 不爽，上了一次weed and food, 然后天就热起来，90度左
右。
过了一个星期，发现草地有一片开始变黄。请教别人后说是水不足，于是水调到30分钟
一个区，天天浇。但是发黄区还是变大。后来得知房子转手的时候，原房主早春没有上
pesticide, 我们对面的院子完全疏于管理，据说那边过来的杂草和虫很多。于是7月初
上了杀虫药。并且上个星期一直大雨。
现在的问题是发黄的草还有救吗？最近好像有新草冒出来。
现在还要天天浇水吗？
现在可以上肥吗？买了scott 的lawn food for summer, 还没敢用。
原来草地有clover, 现在有一种新的草出来，看着不像weed, 但是不是KBG. 问了

can run the 软管 around the house then around the fence to flower bed,
but 软管 may need be much longer, maybe around 400 feet total. can 软管 run
this long?
also there are already PVC 管 near the flower bed, these buried PVC 管 is
for sprinkle system for the lawn next to the flower bed, PVC 管 has a
timer inside the garage. can I connect drip 软管 to the sprinkle PVC
