机）。加了stabilizer的油就不用drain。

发帖数: 27 | 11 Stablility ball又叫exercise ball，很多店里卖运动器械的地方都能买到，价格10几
刀。不过因为有些动作不是那么容易掌握，新手需要买dvd跟着instruction做，或者去
上课也行。
Stability ball最大的作用是shaping and sculpting body，同时可以锻炼平衡感。用
它各种动作，可以活动到身体主要肌肉，特别是腹肌，腰，背，臀，腿。
Stability ball可以成为其他运动的辅助工作，比如abs和weight training。用ball来
做abs，可以减少对脊背的压力，跟WT一起配合也能增加效果。我家里没有凳子，我就
可以用它代替凳子做chest press 和flys，和肩部动作。另外还有许多可以跟WT配合的动作，还有待
开发。
Stability ball可以帮助stretch。workout后，用它来拉伸也是不错选择。
Stability ball还可以帮助活动筋骨。我在家里差不多天天坐电脑桌前的，吃饭后一般
就会用ball代替椅子坐上一会，可以不时前后左右扭动身体，既帮助消化也能活动筋骨。

练core stability，但是硬撑着不动的plank，练stability的作用很有限。需要做有
movement的variation才有意义。
我昨天也做plank了，叫plank with side reach：start with traditional plank，右
手抬起向侧面伸平，hold 5秒，换手。反复。我能做1分45秒。这个比传统的长时间
plank对core stability考验大多了。
以前跟黑大叔练的时候，plank虽然是传统版的，但是他从左右不停的踢，也是增加
core stability的办法。光那么干八八的撑5分钟10分钟，真的意义不大。

heel to toe drop的差别并没有那么大， neutral鞋的鞋跟也有很厚
的cushion, 过于夸大stability鞋的危害我觉得没有必要。。
实际上不管跑版内外，穿stability鞋的人都不少，跑姿不对其实跟鞋
并没有太大关系。。睡袋穿的GTS也是stability,穿着跑了2000迈了。。

像olympus的2轴防抖也不stabilize viewfinder. pentax的IBIS也不stabilize
