大家是这个感觉么？这样的鞋我是没法穿。还好这星期有个店跑我们GYM来做GAIT
ANALYSIS，这次告诉我是NORMAL PRONATION， 用NEUTRAL就行了 |

我觉得这句话本身很好，但如果想refinement的话，似乎不需要是mental stability，
而是mental well-being。大多数的孩子和人需要担心的还不是稳定性问题，毕竟人之
初性本善，如果生在在正常环境、不受什么trauma的话，心理环境剧烈不稳定的状况可
能性不大。而mental well-being很难取得吗，似乎人类进化到今天，要取得一般程度
的mental well-being，好像也不难。过分纠结于mental well-being，而不去推动知识
技能的获得，似乎有些风险意识过强了。未见得中国人从小催促孩子读书、练体育、弹
琴画画，就把孩子拘束坏了。
对待自己也一样，如果努力去推动知识技能的获取，推动财务自由的获取，似乎在现实
世界里也不太会因为太辛苦就把自己逼迫得抑郁焦虑不稳定了吧。大多数人还没有那么
脆弱。
所以不能当成梅花桩练，是不是说经济基础决定上层建筑。还是老老实实推动知识技能
的获得，在这个过程中mental well-being也要兼顾到就可以了。

我真觉得知识与技能不那么重要。科技发展那么快，我们都担心Ai 取代了人的工作，
有些知识与技能，我们牺牲了自己，牺牲了孩子，确实没毛用。现在回想起来，高中学
的那些我到现在真的用不着。再说，当生存成为第一需要时，如果学习能力强，很快就
学会了。
我觉得一句话，for kids being a kid. 还是很重要的。
我对孩子一直秉持， 从教会学来的，贯穿孩子一生的，你好，谢谢，对不起。 你好，
教会孩子有礼貌，怎样阳光地和人打交道。谢谢，知道感恩，也让人知道你的感恩。对
不起，知道自己错了，伤害了别人，愿意改正。
孩子的路，自己会走。我们没有能力给孩子铺路，我们铺的路也不见得最好的路。但是
我们要培养孩子的生存能力，学习能力，抗压能力，爱人以及感受爱的能力。除此以外
，我觉得要相信孩子，放手让他们去追求去奋斗去承担。我们终究只能默默注视她们的
背影。不管怎样，等着瓜熟蒂落。

with of 20 feet, sideslope of 2:1 (H:V), Height of 15 feet. The soil is
compacted clay. 5-foot water is ponding again on one side of the berm. I
computed the hydrostatic forces against the berm. What kind of analyses
should I do for the berm (like friction, bearing, ...) to determine that the
berm can withstand the hydrostatic forces? I don't know much about soils
and structural analyses. Any input from you guys will define |

not know much about the Soil/Structural analyses. I had Seepage analysis
already based on some rough estimations. No actual geotechnical testings
were done. This berm has been in place for at least 20 years and no damages
were observed in any of previous year due to flooding (water ponding against
one side of the berm due to flood). I just want a quick and dirty stability
analyses to show the berm will not be failed. In o |

OK, at beginnig I agree with you that the complexation may account for the
appreant purple color. But later I did not find any evidence from literature
supporting this supposion.
Moreover, it seems a bit uncommon thinking about complexation in my case...
this is not my ultimate target for sure, but this is a bit unexpected.. |

发帖数: 97 | 49 做个xc60和x3纸上谈兵的数据比较，看看哪个车有所谓的性价优势。因为我选的是xc60 T6，所以x3也只能拿35i来比，28i不是Turbo的。首先说明的是我没去真正开过x3。本来也确实是计划内的，但开完xc60 3.2L和T6后，对T6很满意，所以就懒了，不想折腾了。比较时xc60的数据在前，数据都是从网上quote的。弄错了的地方欢迎大家指点，但还是客气点比较好。
首先比较价格，两款车都有各种options。如果是裸T6和35i比，sticker price –2k。xc60多了天窗，尽管这玩意不是每个人都想要。如果按我选的xc60算，大概是-3.5到4k。加上额外的tax，financing（目前volvo是1.9%，不知道BMW能讲到多少），和negotiable room（从truecar.com上，xc60可以-3k sticker price / -1k factory invoice，实际可以更多一点，我目前是-1.5k左右。x3是-2.5k sticker price / +500 factory invoice ，实际情况不清楚。对于我这个options选项而言，... 阅读全帖 |
