I can see from the exchange that initially she genuinely wanted to have
a quality discussion with you. But towards the end of the exchange, she
was quite turned off by what she perceives as "just another chinese
brain-washed by her communist government". I mean, just look at the
tone in her last message - it was down right sarcastic and harsh. When
someone enters that state of mind, whatever message you have, even good

side is less-likely to lag behind in the down-swing.
I tried this setup before and often hit a straight pull or worse, a pull-
hook. I did find out though, that with this setup, if I hit it right, it
goes far.
On the courses I usually play, trouble is often on the left side. So I stick
to the neutral stance. |

我觉得你主要是backswing乍一开始, 重心就开始移向左脚, 左膝严重内弯, 所以造成
了reverse pivoting. 正确的stance是在整个backswing中, 保持重心60-70%在右脚上,
双腿(从你的对面看)呈稳定的反K字形, 也就是说, 左膝只是前移不能内弯, 右膝在
setup的时候就内弯一些并在整个挥杆过程中保持这个弯度不变, 这个是防止你hip左移
太多(因而造成reverse pivot)的关键. 而且保持这个反K, 能resist你的body
rotation, 以达到多存储swing power的目的.
建议找个右高左低的slope练习swing, 或者把右脚垫高. 这种stance重心自然倾向左腿
(地势低), 很难保证平地上的正常重心移动. 你现在的swing就有点像在这种地面上常
犯得错误, 所以多在这种情况上练练能加速逆转.
其它的还有你自己提到的左肩在impact时微抬, 这是因为你还是在用shoulder的一部分
力量来帮助swing, 没有真正的做到用body的rotation来带动swing, 你好 |

基本上，stance/pin position越难，能打出高质量的球的越小，mess up的可能性越大
。 因为这些外界的因素都影响着人的心理。
如果只是在练习场，只要草不是美国东部那种20厘米以上叶子肥大的草，对他们基本没
