8月13日下午，中国科学技术大学、普林斯顿大学等离子体物理国家实验室和中科
院等离子体物理研究所三方“聚变能合作协议”签字仪式在我校东活五楼学术报告厅举
行。我校校长侯建国、普林斯顿大学等离子体物理国家实验室主任Stewart Prager、中
科院等离子体所所长李建刚分别代表三方签署合作协议。三方将以人才培养、前沿研究
为目标，在聚变理论、装置实验、聚变堆总体、聚变堆关键技术等前沿研发方面进行全
面合作，并共同筹建先进聚变能与等离子体科学协同创新中心。

我认为是华人参政意识的觉醒，是华人意识到组织起来的重要性。我认为这比让迪斯尼

1，0，0.5，在我看来，是非常生动形象的数字符号，首先，1状如一个男人阳具的
勃起，男权社会为男性的阳具赋予了崇高的意义，按照国外某位社会学家的说法，在上
者（TOP）代表着主动，攻击，是认同于“男性优越的价值和行为”；在下者（0/
BOTTOM）则以接受真正男人体液或暴力的方式来增强其男性认同与男性气质，就像给“
