Dobutamine是乱上加乱。
药物上，Amio加BB。也用Amio加Lido。
有AICD，需Reprogram。特别是这个病例。心率160，病人是稳定的，不需要Shock。增
加ATP的长度和次数都很有效。
如果反复的AICD Firing，需要Deep Sedation上呼吸机保护病人。
最后，EPS Ablation。 |

一整晚夜班被这个VT storm搅得不可开交，今天接班时知道患者白天已经做了EPS，心
里大慰，可是正当我以为会度过平静的一晚时，又code了。
好家伙，EPS后就维持了几个小时，现在的VT，频率差不多200，反复的ATP，没有效果,
，血压开始往下掉了，没办法，AICD fire了，之后还出现过室颤，再次fire AICD，唉
，病人连续的被shock了好几次，每一次伴随一阵狂呼，痛苦异常，但是已经尽量的给
了很多镇静剂...
Amiodarone和Lignocaine都再次加上，可是形势不等人，下一步看来真的得deep
sedation上呼吸机了，不过就算那样如果VT还是发生，也不是长久之计啊... |

对这个饵很感兴趣，网上搜了一下历史。

wiggle wart是storm出的一个crankbait，在bass和salmon里面很popular。
1999年storm被rapala买了，rapla觉得wiggle wart做的很土，就把模子全给销毁了，
然后自己照着样子做了一套模子，基本上就是只用原来的名字。没想到做的样子像，
action差很多。市场很差。就停产了。
有个人叫brad，他手上有几个原来storm的wiggle wart，就发样品到中国去仿制，取名
叫brad's wiggle. 仿制的结果虽然比原先的差，但是比rapala的好多了，wiggle wart
的市场被他包了。rapala一看这个市场不小，于是重新又开始生产，就是现在的storm
original wiggle wart。
无论rapala现在的wart还是brad's wart， 都比99年的wart差，但是99年的模子已经被

the largest lure producer in the world never sells anything after they buy
out a company. They destroy everything they don't want.
When Rapala bought out the Storm family they didn't buy the property or the
buildings just the contents. They took the Name and the sellable inventory
and hauled it away. The rest went by the truck load be incinerated. All the
records and files and bins of lures gone up in smoke.

感觉它们的精度依然比px4 storm高出这么一点点。对于我说，它们的缺点是第一握把
太大，我的手相对来说小了，抓起来不方便。另外它们有点头重脚轻的感觉，不是那么
的balance。这和我臂力不足可能也有关。
关于px4 storm我比较熟悉。我之前有一把type f的px4 storm。它本身是很精准轻便也
很balance，但我后来出掉它的原因有二。第一我不喜欢DA/SA这种转换，不是说px4
storm这点不好，其实它的SA非常好，我只是无论什么枪都不喜欢这种扳机，我比较喜
欢constant trigger pull的。第二点是决定性的，the safty/decocker of px4 storm
is very hard to reach, I will need to break my grip everytime in case I
need to access it. 万一比赛或枪战的时候心情一紧张，那就扑街了。

这次去靶场租了Glock 19的Gen 3和Gen 4。之所以突然想租Glock 19来试试，是因为发
现作为Compact Size的枪，Glock 19的枪管依然有4英寸长(多谢can168兄弟的照片)，
另外据称在装满15发子弹的情况下，Glock 19的重量也还是在30盎司之下。第三点就是
枪把稍短，便于concealed carry。这以上三点，对于concealed carry来的人说都是优
点，也大概是为什么Glock 19那么受欢迎的原因吧。虽然很多人还是提倡concealed
carry自己所能负荷的最大的枪，我也是其中之一，但在满足自己需要的情况下多些选
择总是不错的。作为concealed carry的实行者，我也很希望Glock 19能给我惊喜。
