发帖数: 2169 | 2 去看一个小区的lot，各方面都很满意，本来准备下offer了，发现了这么几个东东，开
始纠结。
1）如图一，在和邻居的property line上有这么一个井，似乎是storm drainage的井，
图二是井盖的照片。这个小区lot比较小，请高人看看这个井会对房子有什么影响吗？
2）在那个井前面，还有一个洞，上面的盖子上写着water，也是在property line上，
这个是什么，又什么影响吗？
3）仔细观察了一下，发现这个小区是几个房子围着一块空地，这块空地就成了很多家
人的后院，这块空地地势低，也就让所有的房子都能有basement。但这样就形成了一个
小盆地，我有点担心下大雨排水的问题。我发现图四的位置有另外一个井，估计是排水
的，这个井处于四个房子property line的交点。我想问的是，这种小盆地似的lot，需
要担心排水问题吗？
很沮丧，本来以为发现了the one. |

category 3或 4 （绿的和黄的）在沿岸但靠近内陆。查了下category 3 和 4的water

候看了一眼，他们直到那时才告诉我门不是标准的，要定做，cost double，我直接说
要跟家人商量下就走了。到现在他们还跟我打电话我都没接，我就不信非要花500多才
能装个原价200多的storm door，就因为高度比标准少了1＂！等我放假有时间了就去转
转。

泄洪管道要穿过你们家的土地。政府施工或者维护的时候，会给你们一定补偿的。 |

ground was like an egg. Many roofs were crashed. At that time, we were having

windows, and our lecturer cried out"oh my God, my car!!" so our lecture

Exterior Door大门本身也是insulated, 不知道没装的情况下会损失多少能源费.
自认为夏天screen door防蚊子倒是比较重要。
今天去 HomeDepote 问了下， 说换了新的宽门也一样可以装风雪门， 就是需要
special order storm door. |
