发帖数: 190 | 23 最近刚入D800, 觉得原厂的带子不是很舒服， 于是上网研究了一下。 总结如下：
1. Neck strap. 这个是最传统的， 买相机时都会附带一个。 但是一般都不是很舒服
。 特别是平时携带单反加大镜头时。但是优点是比较牢固， 保险， 用原厂或者类似
的带子， 特别是上面没有硬朔料或者金属的话， 可以一直跟相机一起放在包里而不会
造成刮痕。 比原厂稍微好点的是crumpler 和 op/tech 的。 还有一些象upstrap,
thinktank, lowepro 的也可以。 这里又分为可以quick release 的和不可以 quick
release 的。 但是quick release 一般都会有硬朔料或者金属附在上面。 从scratch
free 的角度， 我不是很喜欢。
2. Shoulder strap. 这里最出名的当属 blackrapid。 还有sun sniper 等。 但是这
类strap 有四个缺点， 导致我买了又退了。 第一是他们一般用一个螺丝固定相机 (从
三脚架那个孔)。 这样的话如果没有任何其他的辅助保险， 一旦出了问题相机就挂了

我的也没有。绑架子很容易啊。把笔记本口袋的拉链打开，把一只管脚插进去，这样就
固定
了脚架的下端。接下来要做的就是固定上端。我采用的办法是买了个tripod strap，类
似这样的

然后把两个肩膀的背带穿过这个strap。这样就把strap固定在包上了。最后用strap把
脚架的上端固定住。要取出的时候只要按下strap上的锁扣就松开了，很方便。当然还
有很多其他方法可以用，拿根绳子绑一下也行。
下个月去Olympic NP。打算挑战下这个记录，用fastpack 250把帐篷睡袋一起带上去

但是得益于不少板上对付ITBS信息，主要写写赛前赛中对付ITBS回报下
受伤篇：
跟了个免费Hal Higdon的18周中级一级计划，目标一直是3:15酱紫，中间有三个周末跑
爽了就擅自加了几个mile在long run上，第11周第三个long run跑完没事儿，结果第二
天再去搞个8麦，跑到一半就悲剧了，连蹦带跳回来一查是ITBS。
教训：以前跑得慢，一直没事儿，觉得伤痛和我无关，结果瞎tnnd上量太快，跑爽了就
随便push，情感战胜理智，太不科学了，愧对理科生的光荣称号。
long run上下坡很多，第二天跑的那个trail没跑过，好几个过街天桥，上下楼梯，估
计这样诱发的。其实后来想想这样真好，发过一次就知道自己的底线了，总比毫无顾忌
一味傻跑好。
接下来一个星期出去试跑了三次，每次都到第3，4mile就痛得没法跑。咋办？太打击人
了，彻底没自信了。上网查了良久，良久了好几次，然后继续良久。。。。思考之后，
找到办法了。。。给比赛组织者写了email，可不可以报名挪到明年跑？。。。回信很

个测heart rate的东西. 昨天查了一上午，最后决定买garmin FR 225, 看了lz的帖子
忍不住说2句.
-why i decided to buy garmin fr 225
平时一直带fitbit flex, 每天弄到1万步，工作的地方给health insurance incentive
, 但一直想买个测心率的. 之前有一个polar ft4, 但买了以后，非常不喜欢要带那个
chest strap才能测心率. 用了一次就扔一边了. 这次买heart rate monitor就把没有
chest strap作为#1 criteria, 因此排除了FR 220, 虽然2个表的作用都是一样的，唯
一的区别就是一个有strap,一个没有.
除了没有strap, FR225可以测calories, distance, pace. 平时去跑步，基本上想要的
数据都可以提供。唯一让我担心的是battery life, gps on的情况下才10个小时。走个

发帖数: 243 | 38 去年下雪全靠人肉铲雪整怕了，而且两套房子的driveway都要扫，但俩房子离得不远，
大约30分钟local路程，想了想没必要上两套扫雪机，于是在Costco整了台Cub Cadet
24 inch的2-stage机器。
LD开台4驱大妈菜车RX350，都说RX350肉，一查这玩意还能拖3500lbs，而且tongue
weight也有400lb，拖个200多lbs的扫雪机正是理想强度。
要拖trailer首先得有trailer hitch，虽然RX350也叫“SUV”，但并不是出厂的时候厂
家就已经把hitch安装好。去dealer一问，我去，原装hitch加labor要$900！！然后转
身出门在Amazon上花$130买了个“Curt Manufacturing Class-3 Trailer Hitch”

3年前刚来美国的时候，根本也没想过要健身什么的，刚开始学习也很忙，自己做饭做
得太好吃，结果一年多长了40磅肉。暑假去海边玩，拍的照片不能看了，呵呵，当时也
没想那么多，后来发生了一些事，打击很大，心情比较消极，需要转移下注意力，就开
始锻炼了，一练就是一年多，分享点自己的经验，入门级别的。要修炼神功，自宫倒不
必，有些装备还是必须的。
装备：
手套一付
助力带（strap）
Lifting belt (护腰) 有的健身房有借，可以省钱哈
战友：
一个人容易偷懒，有个人或者几个人一起，练起来会好很多。
药品：
刚开始没使用，到了集中减脂的时候采用。
蛋白粉(吃了但是不知道有没有用)
肌酸(还是有点用的，能提供能量，减脂的时候，吃得东西少，肌酸能补充能量，使肌
肉受到比平时大的刺激)

, 所以看你取舍了. 一般最后几个再用strap.
你可以终身用strap, 只是握力永远比deadlift水平低, 但并不是就不长了. 我觉得没
