有个底座拧在相机底部，另一头接相机右侧的带孔，neck strap 可以接在 wrist
strap 上。贴手背是圆角三角形的皮垫。还算舒适吧，如果安装得法的话。
用了有一个月了吧，带着这个腕带拍了将近一千张，觉得长时间手持拍摄时相当管
用。明显分担手指受力，握机更稳，抓拍更快速，换镜头也方便，而且不用担心摔
机子（对，挂着 neck strap 一样会摔机子）。竖拍或者装备比较重时效果尤其明
显。
缺点么，安装不当时有个地方会卡手，用三角架多时只帮倒忙（这个腕带的底座带
三角架孔，稳定性未知），D80 上底座挡电池仓，不过这倒不算个问题。装手柄后
再装这个，会不会影响竖拍的手感（多出个底座来）就不知道了 -- 我是把它当作
手柄替代品的。

2.比想象的还大
3.材质确实很轻，背负系统不错，背部透气终于像个户外包了
4.器材部分空间很大，有些过大，上部杂货部分如果再大些就好了
5.脚架可以绑在包后或者右侧。以重量尽量紧凑为念还是绑在右侧贴身比较舒
服。但是比较nc的是右侧是装水瓶的位置，绑上脚架就跟水瓶冲突了。
6.很多带子，比如腰带，相机strap等等，余量给得太大了，看着有点乱。按
照他给的余量，要肥胖横岗级身高姚明级选手才用的上 ...
7.腰带的材质和设计很舒服。但是位置还不是很习惯，感觉往下够不到胯，不
能承担重量。也可能是我没搞对调整方法。求户外基础知识科普。
8.附一套可以把相机挂在肩带上的strap，首先是如前所述带子过长，其次是
肩带上给strap挂扣的不是硬环，而是穿梭于肩带里的软质圈，相机strap的扣子挂上解
下比较费尽。
9.附带装镜头的cacoon pouch，不大镜头要装在里面，要不容易窜出来，参见
包内

菜鸟健身入门！
3年前刚来美国的时候，根本也没想过要健身什么的，刚开始学习也很忙，自己做饭做
得太好吃，结果一年多长了40磅肉。暑假去海边玩，拍的照片不能看了，呵呵，当时也
没想那么多，后来发生了一些事，打击很大，心情比较消极，需要转移下注意力，就开
始锻炼了，一练就是一年多，分享点自己的经验，入门级别的。要修炼神功，自宫倒不
必，有些装备还是必须的。
装备：
手套一付
助力带（strap）
Lifting belt (护腰) 有的健身房有借，可以省钱哈
战友：
一个人容易偷懒，有个人或者几个人一起，练起来会好很多。
药品：
刚开始没使用，到了集中减脂的时候采用。
蛋白粉(吃了但是不知道有没有用)
肌酸(还是有点用的，能提供能量，减脂的时候，吃得东西少，肌酸能补充能量，使肌
肉受到比平时大的刺激)

了一圈，没有看到strapping，用fishing tape也没办法穿过任何一个方向，这也是我
的agent之前说过的，他知道这个房子的结构，下面应该没有strapping。所以线还是得

good as the clipless. Therefore, the power transfer will not be as
efficient using straps. On the other hand, it does require some practice to
get use to the in and out tricks of using the clipless. I have yet seen one
using clipless without falling, regardless their experiences. Having said
that as a newbie myslef, I just bought a $7 clip & strap will be used on my
10+ years old Specialized Hardrock and log some miles |

你没有明白我想说的是什么，我也没有说清楚。
那个肩和腰的长度只是可以调节的一个方面。我敢兴趣的是那些
订铃铛狼第一次看上去不知道干什么用的那些微调的 strap.
就拿肩带来说。最基本的调节肩带长度，谁都有。然后是水平
把两个肩带扣起来的，back pack 都有。然后在肩带上方还有
strap 挂到 back pack frame 的顶端，这个就不是每个 back pack
都有了。然腰上的腰带也是，除了主扣以外，在 frame 边上可以调
节腰带后面弯曲程度的 strap. 这些微调在设计不好的背包上用处
不大。设计好的使用就很贴心。我说的是那些微调的东西。这些东西
可以让你很舒服改变腰和肩的力量分布，这个在长距离 back packing
是必要的，确保腰和肩上没有水泡，或者某块肌肉过度劳损。
一般固定死的包，无论多舒服，走的时间长了难免有某些肌肉劳损。
就和你看电脑时间上了脖子会痛一样，需要改变背包的姿势和受力点，
这样才能走得长久。这个所有的运动一样，所有东西讲究起来都是要
可以微调的， custom fit.

你自己用这些 feature 用得爽，对你爬山有帮助就好。
再说下去就是纯粹的装备派调刺了。没有什么包是最好的，
你自己用得爽最重要。
还是挑点我买的 NTF 的包的刺，上面那个 strap 和腰上那个
strap 都有。但是那个 frame 伸出来不够长，所以那个肩上面
的 strap 和肩带非常接近，不是很有效果。腰侧面那个，下面的
的扣老是扣不紧，走走就松了，也不是很有用。挑完刺了，其实
还是多出去走走比坐在这里晒装备有意义多了。自我检讨一下。 |

strap把鞋子往横里撑的机会都给灭了。偶差点自己动手把那个strap给拆了。。最后想
想还是退了完事。MT10偶都没路试，一脚不合适就直接退了。和MT110比较不起来啊。。

I went to Countour HD since I felt it is easy to put on ski goggle strap
and less likely to damage it due to its lower profile vs. GoPro.
GoPro need to use a adaptor/sticker to stick to helmet and it doesn't
have a strap so I felt it is easy to get lost if bumped off the helmet
and drop to powder or down a slope/cliff. Maybe possible to make a strap
just for peace of mind... chest mount is very safe for camcorder.

先说为啥改350D. 开头想改XS或XSI 因为有LV. 但发现XS/XSI HOT MIRROR 不到0.5MM 厚, 找不到差不多厚的R72. SENSOR 的位置动不了多少, 厚度差大了没法对焦.
关于对焦, 目标是VISIBLE 对焦正确, IR 通过R MARK修正,没R 的镜头试几张把那R MARK 找出来.
改300D 也可,300D 基本一样.

1. 拆后盖. 俺跟LIFEPIXEL 做法不同,没拆顶盖和前盖,因为俺看下来,拆顶盖是为了拧一个罗丝,拆前盖也是为了拧一个罗丝,偷懒了,在机壳上钻了个洞,又刮掉一点, 就能拧到.

奥斯丁比他好像还早几十年，但行文和现代英语更接近一些。
其实现在我慢慢习惯了他的行文，觉得描写非常生动形象，而且充满了巧妙的反讽，那
种反讽要想翻译的传神，还是挺不容易的。确实长句非常多，结构也复杂，比如说这句：
