主要是游了三个500米,刚进水时,特别注意strokes,因此stroke count低,效率高,
游得也快。后面两个500米stroke count就上去了,也就慢下来了。当然也有可能是累
了的原因。
set 1: 11:05, 2:13/100m,avg strokes 22.7, avg swolf 44
set 2: 11:20, 2:16/100m, avg strokes 24.7, avg swolf 47
set 3: 11:50, 2:22/100m, avg strokes 28, avg swolf 50
接下来的训练目标就是保证在累了的情况下也不让stroke count上去,目前来说22/25m

小时内送到stroke专业emergency center,apply那种药,治愈率几乎100%。但3个小
时之内是关键。好像欧洲把时限提高到4个小时了,美国还是三个小时的标准。出了三
个小时,就不能用那种药了,十分危险。
所以最关键要非常stroke literate,一有症状赶紧联系stroke expert emergency
center

谌龙扑球,李宗伟是放弃的状态,手上没动作,谌龙怎么影响李宗伟?李宗伟是想搓个
Hairpin net shot, 让高点在自己这边,球在下降的时候过网,从而限制谌龙进攻。谌
龙这个不是brush net kill(击球前或击球时拍子部分已经过网,但击球点在己方场地
),所以如果你同意击球点在谌龙一方就说明问题了。

For girl, 8-9
50M for phelps, 18 strokes, timing should be #of strokes + 10. In his
case, 28s for 50M.
It took Ian Crocker 4 strokes to get to the wall no matter what lap he
is in, but it took NCAA final girls 9-10 strokes to get to the wall
after the first lap.
It also depend on how many underwater dolphin kicks you do before you
break out, the more you kick, the less stroke you would take. Sometimes
it takes me same number of strokes as Ian Crocker to get to the wall

EVENTS 10U BB。BB 是一个重要门槛。游泳好处多,但代价不小。主要是时间。我周围
朋友(sample~10),满11岁(进入MIDDLE SCHOOL)只有少数10U BB EVENTs 的, 全
部quit。有A time EVENT的,全部continue。满13岁(8年纪,有些课要记入大学申请
GPA),没有12U A time 的,全部quit。有AA time,全部continue。根据USA

level is on par with form level, any further improvement requires:
1) improvements in form, and/or
2) improvements in game.
Say I can tie with a guy with 4.0 strokes + 3.0 game. I am 3.5 strokes + 3.5
game.
For him to beat me, he can either do 4.5 strokes + 3.0 game, or 4.0 strokes
+ 3.5 game. The latter is obviously easier to achieve, since lower level
aspect always improves more easily.

problem.除了肢体的症状,EMS应该还会做一些stroke assessment, 比如辛辛那提
stroke assess, 不能光凭上肢的感觉和运动异常就认为是stroke,还需要综合判断, 因
为关节肌肉神经损伤也可能导致上述症状,尤其是不伴有其他面部,语言等等症状的话.
当然,在做CT前,stroke team也会对病人做出评估.
如果确定是stroke,那么80% 的stroke是ischemic, CT supposed to be negative.

同场比赛,Lotte Friis, 女子1500m ,
相对的讲,孙洋的是低stroke频率, Lotte Friis是高stroke 频率,很难说那个好,那
个不好。 我觉得孙洋的technique, 跟他的身体条件有很大的关系, 孙洋的身高 是1.
98m,而且长胳膊长腿,手脚又大。他的Long stroke technique 一般人估计学不来。
倒是Lotte Friis的相对高频的technique, 一般人倒是可以学学看。 BTW,

more scientifically, you should compare total strokes.
For example, if Li's is 20 strokes/sec, you get 3600 strokes in 3 mins.
But if the stick dude is 1 stroke/sec, he had 3000 strokes in 50 min.

hospital setting, ER or ICU. This agent will resolve clots which cause acute
ischemic stroke, and also has the risk of serious bleeding. If it is a
hemorrhagic stroke, this meds can't be infused at all. I think big hospitals
in China should have this kind of meds, but not every hospital can do
critical triage to stroke patients. Even in USA, you have to know which

问了两家代理同一个问题,如果是高血压,但是从前从未有过并发症,来到这边以后万
一出现stroke的情况,会不会cover.
Patriot America 回答,没有保险会cover,就算stroke不是由高血压引起的,一般
underwriter也会很容易将其associate起来,归于pre-existing condition.
Atlas America 回答,如果以前从来没有过stroke,这个突发性情况属于emergency,应当
会cover.
由于回答的人不是underwriter,是保险代理,所以其言不可以当担保依据.感觉PA的人说
的比较不动听,但是实际上可能比较接近事实.
后来问了一家第三方中介代理,其人说,是不是pre-existing condition其实是医生根据
情况而定.上述情况即使是没有过并发症,或者甚至本人都不知情,一旦stroke也极其容
易被认为是pre-existing.
问题一:
其实stroke或者heart attack一般都有潜在原因,很少无由而生(除非遭电击).这样一来

一秒多钟就吐完了,剩下来的时间只能干瘪。 我平时一直是每个stroke用嘴吐三分之
一左右的气。
长期以来就觉得自己呼吸是个瓶颈,因为每次filp turn之后都是迫不及待要出水面来
吸气(除非是打酱油着游), 而看运动员不管游得多激烈filp turn之后都是3、4个海
豚踢然后2次stroke,才出水吸气。游得太激烈的时候,如果是遇到要连续3次strokes
后flip turn的情况, 我还得改成2 strokes + 出水吸气 + 1 stroke + flip turn,
让中间出来偷吸一口气。 老大有什么高招指点一下? |

Free style always gets the most practice time. For kids my son's age, they
should practice all strokes. Oftentimes, the best stroke seems to "rotate."
His best stroke was fly, now it's back. He was a weak breast stroker, but
dropped 6 seconds in 50 in this meet (he last time swam it in March ) with a
time between AA and AAA. Still his worst stroke, but makes his IM very
competitive now. |

昨天打了2个小时的网球后,吃了饭,看了级show,来到LA fitness。Summer过后,
pool很空,水也清多了。Yingfa三角泳裤在内,nike沙滩裤在外,200y IM 后开始测试

倒数第3节课 :(
今天很好玩,老师说把各种stroke都介绍一下,除了蝶泳只教腿,别的都两分钟一个过
了一遍。
1. back strock
手抓着岸边,脚收起来也抵着墙,身体往后躺,头颈放松,手松开,身体伸直的时候脚
轻轻蹬出去,back float就会了;
然后加flutter kick;
然后加手,出水是大拇指朝上,入水是小指朝下,进入水里以后往后压下去,就会了。
2. elementary back stroke
翻过来的蛙泳腿漂一遍;
蛙泳腿伸直后保持两秒钟一遍;
腿不动光手 monkey - air plane - soldier一遍;
加在一起,就会了。
3. side stroke
侧着漂出去flutter kick一遍;
侧着漂出去scissor kick两遍,狂喝水;
flutter kick加手的动作,一只手伸上去摘苹果交给另一只手放下去,往前伸的时候减
少手跟水的阻力,往后压的时候手跟前进方向垂直;
scissor kick加手,木有学会 :(
