子的手柄形状是一致的，也就是不同型号的形状基本一样。如果是一致或者比较一致的

了。

to my BHB7 poly, I should get a more crisp feel. Using my string tension
gauge, main is at 65lb, cross is at 55lb, so my guess the strung tension is
around 58lb to 60lb. For my next round of demo, I will cut the string and
strung with my own. |

Signum Pro Poly Plasma 17G, medium tension. 它和我以前的那个Technifibre T-
feel重量差不多，上周末用了两次，感觉Prostaff对手腕的冲击要小一下，没有T-feel
那样的stiff。击球的感觉不错，最让我感觉好的，是发球。周二晚上我用它去开始改
练我的发球。我以前用eastern to serve, the same grip as I play forehand. 这次
用新拍子和continental grip来发球，感觉不错，要比我预想的要好。以前我用我的那
个T-feel拍子，很难能有那种可以让我发球的感觉，所以也就无法尝试来改变。所以这
个PS97从现在开始就是我的主拍子了。
周二晚上自己练了1个小时的发球。主要是注重发球grip，姿势，侧身，转身，drop

Badminton alley 现在买140.On special $80的时候买的。连线和手胶97克，空拍减去
9克左右。手感比较轻，挥动容易。力量还不错。是比较好的all around球拍。感觉
sweet spot比较大。很少有使不上力气的时候。大家的review说跟老版本的Armotec
700比较接近。我感觉力量稍微弱一丁点，但是更稳定。我都懒得换线，pre-strung的
线就比较好了。
ProKennex HC2 9000:
badmintonwarehouse 卖120，免邮费。连线和手胶95克。手感比较适中。力量比较大。
BG80上了28lb（感觉只有26）。杀球很干脆利落。一个朋友借用一阵以后也买了一个。
两块拍都不错。价格也好。两块拍的减震都是一流的。 |

Just 75 bucks. If you are looking for a backup racket, this is not bad.
Seems quite some guys end up use it as primary like I did.
The pre-strung string is pretty good. But not quite durable. Mine is broken.
Changing it to bg80 now. But you can buy it as it is for now and change
later on.

On a flat and supposedly transition stage, Contador managed to get back one
minute from Froome.
His Saxo-Tinkoff team made a brilliant move. It's that cross-wind thing
again. Only this time Contador is the winner not the victim.
The decisive move only took 3 seconds to make from decision to execution and
it's totally spontaneous. The gap is only 10 seconds at one point but the

Although i can get some string from my university, that is not enough for me.
I just bought a whole wheel of nylon string about 500 meters,
which is for deep sea fishing. I got this from the top 1 varsity in china.
The only difference is, i just use one piece of them in one hole.
But that guy strung his rackets with 2 pieces per hole.
So acturally, his rackets is very strange, but last really longer, around 3-5
