outdoor from tw:
WE keep a extra racket strung low with natural gut - that saves the arm. We
also get lighter tennis balls. It is amazing how the cold affects tennis -
especially, strings, balls, and courts. With lose gut & lighter balls( and
good layers of flexible clothing - those long sleeved climalite shirts ae
great) we can play much like warmer times. Only the serve seems hard to
power...for us the cold courts cause is |

rackets.
Brad Gilber suggested in his book "wining urgly" that you should at least have
3 rackets. One strung with normal tension, one tighter one looser. So if you
have some perticular control or power problem at that game, you can do a
little ajustment. |

因为不是很懂，希望高手的指点一下
个人水平可能中等，力量中等可能偏下一点
挥拍也不是属于特别大，非常到位的那种，惭愧啊
看了一些介绍球拍的帖子，稍微有了些概念，不知道对不对
head size打算挑选MP，
Length可能挑选标准的就了，因为个人身高还OK，担心加长的对手臂不够友好，个人力
量也比较吃力应付
对Balance的要求不是很清楚，因为打底线比较多，似乎头重的比较适合，不知道对不
对，
Strung Weight、Power Level、Swing Speed和Swingweight似乎挑选中等或者略轻的比
较适合吧，因为本人不是力量型的，不过希望可以练习适当提高一下力量
Stiffness，因为力量一般，打算挑选65左右？不想太硬，怕对手臂不好，可是用太软
的，可能个人力量又一般，矛盾阿，sigh
Beam Width可能适中就好吧，22-25mm，既希望减震好，又希望灵巧一些
String Pattern一般的16*19就可以了吧
String Tension不是很清楚，大概也是中间的就好了吧
不知道新买的拍子要不要换线，
希望高手能推荐一些具体品牌 |

发帖数: 30533 | 4 今天又碰到了那个东欧同学，他带来了两把拍子demo, 偶也试了试其中一把，
Nadal的AeroPro Drive.
发现明显比偶的Head Radical力量强，同时很好spin（不过有可能是线好，
偶的Radical现在还是pre-strung的烂线）。甜点比较大，不像radical, 一旦
打到拍头附近就没什么弹性了。
手感不重，偶觉得很适合底线选手用。不过总之给偶这样的低手就是浪费，
偶还是老老实实用偶的Radical把，呵呵。
今天旁边有6个人轮番打双打，水平大概有强3.5, 其中一个人就是用的Head
Radical. 看高手打球，很多球一抡就是一个稳定的暴力平击球，而偶却只能
打软绵绵的topspin, 自己都感觉经常打不到甜点，羞愧亚。。。 |

racquet such as the head size, weight, and stiffness. However you have to
choose a right string based on your racquet, your swing style, strung
tension, the ball you play and string parameter, even the price. It is too many factors here.
some general rule:
bigger racquet head size, higher tension to gain some control back
harder ball, higher tension to gain some ball bite

beginner perspective.
I got the same racquet with Wilson reaction strung at 58. The reason why I
want a different racquet other than my current K6.1 95 is that K6.1 95 is
heavy and I begin to feel it at my shoulder after almost one week's hitting.
Also, I have troubles to control my racquet when I try to pronate. This
might also due to K6.1 95's weight.

Currently I strung with Luxilon Rough 16L @ 54 lbs. A little bit loose. Will
add one lbs next time.
I am a string breaker. Even with Luxilon, I have to string almost once per
month while my instructor's luxilon lasted for almost two years. |

Interesting, even chinese pro can't afford tennis string at that time. But
most of the rackets were sold with string on 20 years ago. That means
fishing string at least better than those Pre-strung strings.

too tight. The recommended range is 65-75, ft, never saw so high tension.
I used to string at 58 lbs. |

1. 很多女人的身高体重fitness也不比你差，那她们穿的衣服你也可以穿（你绝对可以
穿的进去）？女拍的意思是更适合女子身体条件/打法的拍子。达文波特的身高体重比
狒狒不差（好像更高），但为什么她不用狒狒或其他top男的拍子？海宁的fitness比我
强，但她能跟男子比力量？你太喜欢偷换概念了
2. 基本head heavy的拍子就是给力量差的女子，老人和小孩用的。男子用这个会非常
不利于主动发力的development和主动发力时的control。你要非要用它们我也不拦着，
但不要误导别人。
3. ktour是头重，据网上介绍。ncode ntour95untrung时是头略轻，但strung后是
balance。我说我的ntour头太重，是说对我来说头太重，并不是说它就是头重把轻。 |

7oz。可以一直抽n小时不累。后来觉得power太大才换的。关键是拍面大小和甜点大小
，还有spin friendly程度。换句话讲，就是容错性和攻击性的balance怎么样。90系列
对动作、timing、击球点的要求非常高，反正俺是打不好，俺也几乎没见过业余的真的
能把它打好的。 |

此拍生产于80年代后期，Destiny是ProKennex当时的顶级款式，总共有三款：
Graphite Destiny: 100% graphite
Ceramic Destiny: 80% graphite + 20% ceramic
Composite Destiny: 80% graphite + 20% fiberglass
价格由高到底。
重12.6oz strung, 据说有10 pt head light（待测量）。一个重要的特征是
此拍据说是Babolat APD的前身，拍型和APD几乎完全一样，当年Babolat从
ProKennex买了此款拍子设计的使用权，从而稍加修改发明了APD.
稍微试打了一下感觉底线力量较大，比Wilson Sting mid 85大不少。但是发
球发不太快。总体感觉很稳定。

1. use a postage scale to weigh it. Usually strung weight should include
string, dampener, replacement grip and overgrip.
2. take photos of the racquet and upload it here, people can help you
