rackets are MGPMs, 18x20 string pattern. Been playing them on and off for
almost 3 weeks now. My swing speed is pretty fast and I can generate my own
power. Here is my quick summary:
Maximal is multifilament and incidentally Goldenset's most expensive string.
My one sentence review is: it's not worth the money.
The hex poly(18) is a superior string in every aspect for my game. I can

发帖数: 30533 | 18 本来已经不准备再买OS的拍子了，结果craiglist上看见有人卖
Prince Precision Graphite，图片太模糊，偶还以为是mid，
就去了，才发现是OS 110 (实际面积104），//sigh, 但又不好
意思嫌弃人家，于是买下。$10 for 2 rackets. 由于年代久远，
两把拍子的绝大多数grommet都断裂了，等线打断就不准备再绷了。
其他方面保养得很好，包括质量非常好的leather grip.
这个是Prince的第一款Precision Graphite，产于1983年，不是
后来的新版（例如加州洪帅哥用的那款）。只有一个Pro用过:
Pam Shriver.

现在偶总共有3把POG时代的拍子了:

和POG mid拍头形状几乎完全一样，但是没有cross bar. 据说同样非常elbow

String看着像Prince Syn Gut, 全新，根据拍子上的sticker, 最后一次上线
是在1994年, 60 lbs. Grommet完好。Prince的grommet似乎质量都挺好。

这么看起来，其实按网上的标准我原来的也是挺好的不伤肘的拍子，可惜就是重了一点点．我原来的是８pts head-light.
准备去店里找demo了．按外表我选MicroGEL
有没有人用过head的拍子,帮忙评价一下？

12oz了吧。她现在这个阶段用重点的拍子有好处，逼着她改进form，不然用轻拍子就随
便乱挥了。特别是她自己喜欢用重的。而且我估计她可能总跟男子练球，拍子重点才能
不吃亏。偶ld就是这么觉得。要么拍子重，要么拍头重，不然根本没法接男子的重球。
当然我也不是说她一定要用12oz以上的，稍微轻一点也可以，比如11.8左右的就可以 |

I had some lessons in the past and consider myself average, I wonder if
playing a few games with beginners will spark my interest again (the

. I added a lot of lead tape to bring the strung weight to 334 grams. The
balance is also 6.5.
Basically it is same to Prestidge. But Radical is much softer and feel much
better on wrist and shoulder. I like it a lot. Next time, plan to
customize a Youtke Radical. |

when I get a racquet, the first thing i would do is measure its strung
weight (that includes overgrip and dampener). Wilson is notorious for its
quality control, for the same racquet, the weight can be 0.3-0.5 oz of
published specs.
also it must feel good for someone who beat you while you're using the god

发帖数: 30533 | 36 偶的神拍之梦终于今日有了一个了结 -- 入账了一支China版的PS85.
此拍是偶所有拍子中状况最差的，到处都是paint chips, 有两处甚至磨进了
graphite，bumper guard惨不忍睹，几乎都要被磨穿，condition 5/10.
即便如此，因为是神拍，其价格比偶列出的另外两支拍子加绷线总成本之和
还要贵很多。偶到要看看它究竟值不值得这么hype.
下面把3至拍子简要介绍一下。
1) Wilson Sting 2 Mid 85
偶的主力拍，strung with SPPP 17g @ 55 lbs. 被认为是PS6.0的前身，和
PS6.0 string pattern相同 (16x18). 材料为100% graphite.
2) Donnay Pro Cynetic 1
桑普拉斯青少年时期用过的拍子，他自己声称和PS6.0 "virtually identical".
85拍面，16x19. 材料和PS 6.0完全一样：80% graphite 20% kevlar.
3) Prostaff 6.0 85

只是稍微flex一点。线完好(strung in 1988), grommet全部完蛋了。打断线
之后就上Youtek grommet. |

to feel better. Stiff rackets are good for violence (ball speed) at
the sacrifice of comfort.
Once you try Bobalat APD strung with all poly at high tension, you
will see, hehe. |

handle is PSC 6.1 95, stiffness 72, strung at 65 lbs. It's just an
iron board...
POG OS is supposed to be 72 also, but I feel extremely comfortable.
In my latest ben I was using a 67 racket, still feel OK, except too
powerful.
I am much more sensitive to the beam width. I hate PSC 6.1 majorly
due to the 21mm beam... |

strung 50+ racquets). If your string job always turns out to be loose, you
want to check the following:
1. The string that you use doesn't maintain tension well. (you need to check
stringforum to find out its review on tension stability)
2. Did you clamp the string tight so that it doesn't slip. (some crease from
the clamp doesn't hurt)
3. Did you increase 5 or 6 lbs for the last 2 mains?

这拍俺用过很长一段时间，11.4的strung weight 非常arm friendly。 所有O3其实都
arm friendly。 Shark不好卖的原因是没有什么pro用。 这年月卖什么都要靠牌子和
代言人。
Hybrid系列是横线无大洞，所以穿线跟一般的拍子一样，不需要那个塞子 |

在偶的20款左右球拍中，此拍和Prince Precision Graphite并列力量最小
拍。如果Prestige的power level是L6, Wilson PS6.0是L7的话，则这俩
都是L8.
光从参数看，这个拍子不至于力量这么小。但是它的string pattern极其
密，尤其是接近甜点的地方，直接导致力量超小。Stiffness也只有60。
打起来基本感觉是羽毛球拍，指哪打哪，永不出界。缺点是实在太累了，
很容易被对手压着打。虽然线是Wilson NXT这种大力线，仍然力量太小。
如果要修改的话，估计也只能在拍头狂加lead了。
总的来说这个拍子很适合对付低手时候用，可以大大降低你的UE. |
