这本书是一加拿大籍华人女记者1996出版，她从1970年代开始到中国，这本书主要是写
的中国文革及以后社会活动和变迁。
其中有段提到毛新宇，那时应该还没有质疑毛新宇的声音，作者本人也没有质疑的用意
（从第一段来看，作者是没有怀疑毛新宇是嫡传的），不过今天看来，后面这小时候描
写确实就是确确实实的揭老底了。

largely irrelevant as far as smoking is concerned. BTW, I'm sure you meant
0.5-1.0 mg/kg for adult human.
You absorb about 1mg of nicotine per cigarette. Assuming a person's body
mass is 75kg, he would have to smoke 75 cigarette in very short period of
time to reach 1mg/kg, 32 if you use the 0.5mg/kg limit. So unless someone
was performing a stunt by stuffing 2-3 packs of cigarettes into his mouth
and smoke it at the same time, smoking is NOT going to cause a lethal
overdose of nicotine.
