I purchased a new phone from T-Mobile in August and re-upped the contract. I
saw a post at another forum saying that fully subsidized pricing is
available for existing customers less than 18 months if you upgrade through
the website. Calls to support and in-store upgrades have been met with
befuddled looks.

2) Work study - student works on-campus to earn money
3) Loan - There are subsidized and non-subsidized. Non-subsidized loan
have higher interest. I don't remember the rate, but even the subsidized

很重要一点在于提高accountability，现在很多公立学校怎么烂的教师都能呆住。而且
差的社区学生本身也风气不好，想学习的学生反而成为其他人打击的对象，其实就是成
了一种culture问题。学校多教教个人责任感，努力奋斗不知有多大用，真有用左派也
不会让教的，那不是培养moderate乃至右派么？
After school care的问题其实不难解决，可以subsidize一个program，让一个人带20
来个学生做作业，然后运动，既保证学业有，也帮助学生stay fit，也可以适当教教生
活就业技能。一个小时给个15-20刀。父母也可以sign up，对于穷人来说，正好多一个
挣钱机会。
不过这种subsidized program也容易被滥用，本来不需要的也都来用。同理对于
subsidized daycare for single parent也有这个问题。

（1）学了学，重录一遍。不过好像进步也不太大。
（2）还是 one-take。
不过说实话，其实俺是想剪刀加浆糊的，不过每轨唱得
不完全一样，拼接太突兀，只好算了。不过 one-take 也好，
伪现场版。
（3）混响改成用 GVerb，貌似更能保持人声本色。压缩还是用 SC4。
（4）不会修音准，见谅。

1.1 助学组
随着国家两免一补的贯彻落实，九年义务教育阶段学生家庭经济负担的逐步减轻，以及
中国快速成长的背景下，许多资助点的经济情况也得到进一步改善，2010年助学组继续
对于助学金项目执行了自然收缩的长期策略。由于基金会对捐款人的承诺是努力将捐款
用于资助贫困学生，雪中送炭并非锦上添花，因此对于年均收入超过资助标准的资助点
