这样看来at&t要subsidize iPhone的rumor可能是真的了，据说是299甚至199。泰晤士报也报道英国和欧洲的carriers也要把价钱补贴到这个价位。
如果新iPhone这么便宜，而iPod（包括Touch）要到九月份才upgrade，的确是要送Touch才行了。short term对margin有损失，但是long term应该是利好，一方面大大提高iPhone的adoption，另一方面增加Mac sales。
另一方面，估计Mac的upgrade恐怕要等到九月了。Apple肯定不肯刚刚upgrade了Mac同时又搞这么大的sale。而且据说Intel的新chip delay到了八月份才能出货。
去年Apple不敢让carrier subsidize iPhone。七、八十年代的时候有个公司很著名地倒闭了，原因是他们announce自己明年会推出非常牛的新产品。大家都一致觉得这个新产品很牛，于是都把购买计划push back等新产品了，没人买现在的产品，结果公司还没来得及推出新产品就倒闭了。

业超过一年，很难再找到事情做，基本上生活每况愈下。其他的人生于贫困死于贫困，
一辈子没有过过好日子，其中有一小半（我pro bono客户总体的20％到25％）的人是混
吃等死社会蛀虫咎由自取（多数没有家庭）。其他的人尽管想要自食其力，但是从年轻
的时候奠定的基调开始就没有机会翻身了（比如有过felony criminal records，多个
misdemeanors，长期失业，基本找不到工作了）。贫困家庭的孩子可预见的一半以上都
会继续贫困，因为父母没有任何资源，没有钱送day care，家里只能一个蓝领断断续续
地做工养家里3－6口人，最惨的是单亲妈妈，一个人没法工作（因为赚得钱不够找day

最高$599。卖不动。所以回去走subsidized的路，也做到了基本不受控于运营商。产品
打得很响，于是第二代（或者第一代降价之后），运营商就需要花$600以上来先买下
iPhone。但是如果是签约用户，这个大头还是运营商先出，所以运营商都是要求iPhone
用户用最贵的数据服务，不然收不回成本。
苹果因此赚得很high。
后来，开始卖裸机，为了合理的让运营商以600多的价格继续预购iPhone，裸机也就保
持了600多的起步价，50%的利润，对于买裸机的人来说压力很大。加上中国的需求，裸
机需求其实很不错，所以苹果没有任何压力降价。
这个当然也影响到安猪用户。本来大部分运营商以低于iPhone 200或者更多的价格购入
，很多却和iPhone一样或者更高的合约价。最开始可以用便宜的数据计划，现在基本上
也没有这个优待了。安猪市场份额很高，其实成为运营商的更主要利润来源：手机进价
便宜，数据服务费和iPhone差不多，用户平均使用数据量可能比iPhone低。
