本人2011年1月开始J1博后,所以2013年全年收入在treaty内。填联邦表的时候,
line7填W2上的收入数额,line21填收入的负数加"US-China treaty, article 19"。
现在到了纽约州税,纽约州承认所有treaty!那我在IT201上是不是应该这样填:

道,这事从我儿子身上也看到了,考完出来,问他考什么了,他说不知道,就说我都答
对了,Mr. Adam说我very smart。我儿子别的没有,就是非常自信,典型小美国人。
2. 孩子年龄越大越有disadvantage,就是如果你的孩子离9/1 cutoff date很近,挺不
好的,因为他们的分是根据你考试时的年龄有个adjustment。就是说两孩子一起去考试
答对的题一样,大龄儿童得分会低,然后成绩出来后学校rank order时,年龄又是个
tie breaker。就是说俩孩子都想去edison,考分一样,先取那个小的。我也不知是真
是假,反正宁肯新奇又不可信其无吧。我儿子不幸离cutoff很近,我前年其实就想让他
