Seattle ASC. 找了一个下午，大概ASC关门前一小时去的，里面一个排队的都没有,工
作人员都闲着聊天。
递上表格，看表格的人（好像记得是个华裔女）根本什么都没有问 （当然我也就把准
备好的借口都吞肚里了，哈哈），直接把我和我太太表格上的scheduled walked-in
date给划掉，让我们去打指纹了，
出奇的顺利，前后不到5分钟就出来了。
所以建议大家找一个ASC不大忙的时间点去，成功的可能性应该会大不少。
来美国快11年了，希望人品爆发，这次能绿。等绿卡的日子真是很煎熬。 |

我只有一点不同意Anderson，就是晚上吃东西
最近研究表明，至少要给身体10-12小时的fasting时间，否则长肉！
另外，心理上的改变只是减肥的开始，后来的饮食和运动增肌就有各家学派，因人而异了
祝大家减肥愉快，减肥成功！
作者William Anderson是个心理医生，在他二十五岁300磅左右的时候发明了这个
Anderson疗法，减了140磅，然后一直保持了二十多年至今。
有这样几个重点：
1. Mind会直接影响到body.比如抑郁症、疾病不治自愈等。在weight control方面，要
用mind 的conditioning 功能--"We are driven by repulsion, as well as desire
and craving. Conditioning is the primal power source...drives you to repeat
behavior that feels good, even if you wanted to stop".

说的作业本，只是想等到下课时间老师下班后再回去取书包。回到学校的时候，能够感
受到同学老师都已经回家了，看到我所在的班的门开着的，我就兴奋的想到我的计划成

不理解为什么棒子会舔泥哥。
在很多东欧国家比如波兰和保加利亚票房也非常惊人。同样不理解。
我估计很大程度都是跟风看热闹。
西非和东非的票房也都破纪录了，大约40万左右吧。
接下来是几个最大的国际票房，俄国，日本和中国。
好莱坞肯定很期待中国票房。我个人估计国内票房不会太好。如果中国票房真的很差的
话，西方媒体肯定不会放过机会贬损的。肯定会借此指责中国人种族歧视。
估计受这个黑豹的鼓舞，今后会有更多的泥哥英雄片涌现的。

自从清华胡老师的演讲视频在网上风靡之后，我们新东方英语较差的同学纷纷提升
了信心。当然，这里面也混杂个别虚无主义的情绪，认为英语差一些，出国留学可能不
行，但在清华当个老师也是可以的。
我认真听了胡老师的演讲片段，提仨想法啊。
一、语音不地道可以接受，但要确保读音和语法的正确性
以前也听过胡老师接受中文采访，中国话说得也很有自己的风格，听了英语两相对
比，一个味儿。建议首先是把地方口音去除，先把普通话说好。我记得读大学时，我们
北京的同学念英语都是儿话音，老师纠正我们，我们抗议说，我们发的是美音；江南来
的一位眉清目秀的男同学，拒绝回答老师提问时，曾经把自己“失声”了说成“失身”
了，结果另一个同学大声质问“谁干的？！”中文还没有说溜，英文是会受影响的；普
通话说到位了，英语语音提升会更快些。
胡老师的问题还不是“腔调”，是发音不准确。比如，他在提到US（美国）这个单
词时，由于习惯性地拉长声（可能是当领导当得过于自信）加之把S这个字母发音从小
