我们suffer的原因是“我”被生命里的movement带着走。比如movement of desire，
fear，envy，anger，unsatisfaction……
就好像演戏，我们太入戏了，所以就suffer
。可是我们要是可以有
awareness，就好像跳出来以第三者或者另外一双眼睛（心）去看，
就是不那么
入戏
会发现suffering其实是因为我们hold on那些movement，并且希望可以
control，manipulate它们
favor我们自己
。

看得挺震撼的，大城市蓝州的人可能永远也不会接触到这些working class，而川普的
好多发言原来讲的就是他们，他竞选初期去了边境一带，难怪会知道这些working
class 的pain. 如果民主党的候选人们能不要把工作重点放在各种人身攻击，而去听一

。但我由这本书喜欢上了村上春树， 觉得他是个很实在，很扎实,平和而有趣的人。最

刚重读前言，我就笑了。他描写身边的跑步者，有的＂脚踏大地，气宇轩昂，精神十足
，望上去好象有群夜盗在后面追赶他们似的＂，也有＂双眼半睁半闭，一边跑一边呼哧
呼哧喘气，两肩无力地下垂，一看便知痛苦不堪的肥胖跑步者，也许是一周前刚查出了
