好多宝贵时间都花在这件鸟事上了， 美国同事用我们办绿卡的时间能干好多事情。
case不强也不算很弱。 自己一个人弄很辛苦。幸亏有本版的帮助， 从对绿卡一无所知
到最后交上去， 花了半年。 虽然中间有点enjoy, 但消耗了很多时间。几点体会：
1。 攒 (review, reference, renpin)
review文章也辛苦， 半年攒了25篇。开会就套瓷， reference 弄了一个美国院士，
两个皇家学会会员， 另加欧日若干。 editor的信， 也攒着， 如果editor是大牛，
更好吹。
2。 挖。 绿卡感觉就是如何挖掘自己的亮点。 天天google自己， 有一天居然发现发
炸药奖的机构有人用自己的文章作Journal club, 然后接着找啊， 找， 发现有另一个
实验室也用这篇文章作JC，就又凑了一条。有篇中文co-author发在很烂的... 阅读全帖 |

了，律师才能看明白你的研究是什么，才能有效准确地撰写推荐信和PL。这个时间是值
得花一花的；这个summary还是值得反复修改、字斟句酌的。这个写好了，后面就会比
较顺了。即便急着用卡，也不应急于这一时。后面不可控的因素还多着呢（140和485的
审理时间）。

我找的新未名(cai律师)申请的EB-1A，只写了简单的research summary，顺利批准。
他们有理工科博士学位，cai律师和他的同事还做过博后，可以读懂申请人的研究内容
和文章，用不着把各种总结和找亮点的工作都推给申请人。
我觉得要求这么多各种总结的，可能和传说中的机器人写信有关。
找律师不能光看价位和广告，要看律师事务所为你做些什么。重要的是一开始就要问清
楚。不要象这样到头来什么都要自己做。 |
