1。smile，但还要不卑不亢。
2. sell yourself，但不能韬韬不绝。因为我们毕竟是外国人，语言和文化有差。多说
会出错。
3. Be confident. Getting Iv means that 你的硬件已合格。
4. 每个program 都有其独特的风格，一定要去找，这样你看问题才会有独特的眼光。-

5。you are trainable, quick learner,harder worker- that is basic quality.

你可以把做的研究抓相关的，总结写一两个。这其实就是一种research summary.你同

有一些媒体报道，但是只有一篇提到了我的名字，反正是统统的打印出来了，我自己在
材料提交后感觉那些媒体报道有可能起到负面的作用，因为打印出来的内容都是乱乱的
