08左右的房子，我搬进来之前内部应该upgrade了。绝无bug。小区安全，管理很好。设
施齐全 gym，pool，宴会厅，
green way。。。
crossroad附近，很方便。
3月中后入住。810每月。7 月中lease结束。无家具。价格比去office直接租房便宜。
顶楼，很安静。celling很高，光线充足。

full price 出手（当然都是不错的房子，呵呵），biding是常有的情况，弄得我们心里很不安，感觉讲不下来价似的。
好在夏季我们也没有买到，agent 九月初打电话安慰我们说房子会渐渐降价，新上市的
房子更不敢开高价了，我们心里稍微平稳。
于是这个八月份房价最火的时候没有卖掉的房子降价到我们的价位范围了：2 stories
colonia, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, formal living ,dining,family room, sunroom, 2 car garage, full basement
with vinyl floor, 0.5 的地。又是很popular的区，我们联系上agent马上去看房，房子不错，
但是现在的价格是我们的最上限。agent 走出房子后立刻分析该房的主要缺陷是seller自己
没做好curb appearence (包括更换living/dining room 绿色的地毯，厨房的painting 和cabinet too

In my area, northeast, porch is in the front of the house with a roof, deck
and patio are in the backyard without roof. Deck is wood, and patio is brick

有3个睡房,还有个SUNROOM,厨房不大,BASEMENT 有一个睡房,光线还不错有洗手间,
BASEMENT 还有个厨房.总之BASEMENT可用性很高.后院也很大,树也多.
老公很喜欢想买下,但我觉的RANCH的房子伸值不大,COLONIAL(两层)的好看也新些.
请问大家的意见? |

秀了几个，好像感兴趣DIY的不多。
弄得：
“老三”也不回家了。（这名字就是好记，亲切，张口就来。）
“滔滔不绝”的水，也截流了。
但有像：晓晓（xiao xiao）“孩了她爹”那样，骑着“小老虎”，虽说“人生地不熟
”的，但有GPS (navigation), 穿过“水绿沙平”过来就一个字：牛，牛人，太牛了。
你说，好不容易来了，你就说清楚点，到底哪儿牛。把我弄得“莫名”奇妙的。
也有像：馅饼，本来“馅饼在天上飞”地好好的，非跳进来看一下偶像。你可知道，地
上有多少人在等你呢。
又有像，六姨太（Mrs6）那样的，好奇的问-问………。以您的地位，您就说一声，让
下人干就是了。还问他干吗？
更有像：poof, cocoding, mannbo, 等等，提出建议，相互交流的。好我欣赏。
过分的是，那个“无聊”的，让我给他换地板，又改SunRoom了。
我说一天三顿饭。可larrabee瞪着眼睛说：三顿饭？！你们看看，比周扒皮还很。
我又问：“管办身份吗？” 这下好，他们失踪了，来了 |

房一，好区的中心，lot 9000多尺，但房子本身只有1600尺，3卧室，一客厅，一饭厅
加一厨房，因为总面积小，每间房子都不大，显得有点局促。roof需要换。房子其他都
不错，光线好，内部维护得很好，只有厨房需要换个counter. 开价310k。
房二，好区的边缘，corner lot, lot 10000多尺，房子本身2000尺，3卧室，一客厅，
一family room,一饭厅加一厨房,各个房间都比房一宽敞。另外原主人还加盖了个
sunroom. 房子地基和roof 不错，但房子里面显旧，门窗，厨房counter and cabinets
可能都需要换，饭厅需要换木地板。family room采光不好。开价290k. |
