还不错，可以让她分担一些project management的活，后来也没下文了，我继续忙，直
到我maternity leave时才把她临时顶上来，然后我老板就走了，现在这个女的已经有

，使劲夸，哪怕B那个星期什么都没做。最后还把我做的事的credit都加到B头上。
我前老板总结过：you have to watch B closely, otherwise he can go in the
wrong direction in full speed. Yet M makes B think he is a superstar. 前老板
本来打算让B走人的，实在不是个干活的人，但是后来由于种种原因没成。公司要解雇
一个人很难的。

很多年前去过Memphis，留下的印象只剩烤肉、猫王成名地和当时看的Houston Rockets
客场比赛，这次决定去Nashville看看，乡村音乐之城。Southwest航班上的杂志专门推
荐Nashville适合夏初去旅游，里面提到不同于其它机场，在Nashville的机场首先欢迎
你的是乡村音乐歌手美妙的现场演唱，城市里不仅有各种乡村音乐相关的殿堂博物馆之
类，还有个德国小城值得去。可惜我从St. Louis开车到Nashville只计划了一天，既没
欣赏到高水准的机场演出，也没有足够时间跑去德国小城溜达。
Nashville整个城市都弥漫着音乐和欢快，装备着草帽马靴的游客脸上挂着灿烂的笑容

只是怕我要是在美国找不到工作，在家带孩子，就算以后回到澳洲，我也失去的竞争力
了，也找不到象样的了。那时候再想回澳洲就很难了，因为不可能放着LG高工资不顾，
强行回去。再加上那时候年纪也大了，家里就完全就靠LG一个人了。自己心情郁闷不说
，父母也会为我着急的。

profitable的部门，一年Bonus也就是 5 - 10 Million左右，个别的superstar个能拿
到 10+ million。
在纽约，central park 附近很普通的一个condo starting price 就是 8 + million。
然后家里要有至少一个佣人把，几年至少换一辆新车，很可能是bentley, maserati,
ferrari 级别的。几个孩子还要上私立学校，学校知道你是华尔街的，还要每年问你捐
款。太太每年要首饰，化妆品，spa, 去欧洲旅游。还要在长岛或者connecticut供一个
避暑的summar house。社会上各种慈善机构，艺术表演机构都要大笔大笔捐款，
support。这样下来，钱并不充裕。
然后工作是每天10+小时，那些投行部门的 senior trader, 基本blackberry 24小时，
早上平均6：00起床，最晚7点半到公司。一天每一秒都是神经高度紧张，午饭就
是一个sandwich, |
