发帖数: 4403 | 23 铸铁锅买了有些年头了，只在煎羊排牛排牛仔骨时用一下。看了food版的贴，铸铁锅炒
西兰花，效果特别好。试验了下，千真万确，是我这辈子吃过的最好吃的西兰花:)
做法：
铸铁锅预热，倒一点点油，再热一下，倒入西兰花，翻炒几下，洒盐，再炒几下，盖盖
，焖两分钟（food版大厨写的做法是要焖五六分钟）。然后放彩椒和ham，翻匀即可。
如果喜欢吃脆一点的，焖一分半钟就行了。

evergreen trees, 3 smaller trees. One tree was about one foot from the house
and 80 feet tall. The others were about 10 feet from the house and over 60
feet tall. They dropped the rounds exactly where they aimed. Chipped the
branches and cleaned up in no time. Very efficient and professional. We can'
t be happier with their service. The price is about 2/3 of what other
companies quoted me. |

根据自己的时间和兴趣，要想每个景点看一遍，至少要在里面玩三天。大部分旅行社的
线路安排都是一整天，走马观花，在几个著名景点前拍照留念，到此一游。每年的黄石
公园线路总是最受欢迎的，今年8月份的线路提前一个月就定满了。西雅图出发5天大巴
团，比起飞到盐湖城、洛杉矶、拉斯维加斯来参团有利有弊。好处是省心，从家门口出
发，5天后返回，不需要经过飞行、接机送机的麻烦，费用低很多；缺点就是，坐车时
间长。好在沿途停留的景点不少。

2. 统计：
优点：只有30个学分，最多一年半。学费只有1万多刀，也许可以part-time学。

but in rare cases he can climb some V3s. Simply just because he can not
