risk tolerance? Many, or actually most, overestimate their appetite for risk

寄签到广州被退回，要求去成都面签，4月29面签说通过，但是5月3说开始审查，6月19
号做出审查决定，拒签，因为 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的条款。
我妈妈两年前退休，退休前是计划生育局的文职人员，做办公室政策、文档、财会工作
。但是 8 U.S.C. 1182e 的拒签理由是说我妈妈直接参与强制人流和强制绝育工作。
查了1182e，好像很严重，像是长期拒签。可是我们冤枉啊， 她以前来过，没有问题；
她是文职，确实不参与强制人流；而且她已经退休两年；再说我自己就是独生子女，我
们还是活生生的计划生育政策的受害者啊！
真的不知道这下该怎么办了。我把1182e的条款抄下面了。

推薦去坐london eye，有點貴，20鎊以上，但是可以俯瞰整個倫敦城，金色的城市，很
漂亮。
以下可以挑選:
文化方面，可以去大英博物館，看木乃伊。裡面看一個星期也看不完。
去tate modern看現代藝術。
去national gallery看油畫。有時有免費的小音樂會裡面。
或者baker st蠟像館。裡面恐怖屋是單獨收費的，如果你想感受一下什麼叫真正的恐怖
，你可以如願以償，保證終生難忘!
還有Tower of London，以前是監獄，很有陰森的感覺，裡面有好幾個女王的王冠
，包括印度的那顆世界上最大的寶石。
自然方面 除了倫敦眼，可以沿河做遊艇，到格林威治，倫敦每個地鐵都有線路圖的。
海德公園和聖詹姆士公園都不錯。在倫敦眼旁邊的海洋館，另外動物園也不錯 |
