【侨报讯】在刚刚过去的2012年，纽约市共有55人在被地铁撞击后身亡，死亡
人数比前一年增加了8个。2013年的开端又非常惊悚：元旦凌晨5：20，一名20多岁的女
子躺到了曼哈顿西34街的铁轨上，被一列北向行驶的2号地铁碾死。
据《纽约时报》报道，2005年12月的一个早上，地铁司机摩尔（Tracy Moore）驾驶着
一列R车驶入皇后区的Steinway街车站。这是一条斜坡路段，颠簸得就像过山车一样，
她当时的时速是30英里。
摩尔看到前方站台上有一名男子，身高只有约5呎3吋，穿着一件考究的白色衬
衣，以及西装外套。摩尔第一时间就注意到了他，但仍然不够“及时”，他猛的跳轨了。
在接下来的大约半年中，摩尔每天晚上睡觉时，都能清晰的感受到跳轨者触轨

，沿途自然风景，过把开车之瘾。
第一天
Austin, TX – Slidell, LA
早10点出发，晚上7点半到Holiday Inn。这一天主要开车，吃过晚饭就早早歇了。
第二天
Slidell, LA – Panama City, FL
因为这一天主要是沿海观赏海景，所以没有安排开很长的路，比较悠闲。一直沿海开到
Panama City, 沿途常有海景大小别墅, 非常养眼。30号路显得很新很平，我不由得纳
闷：路修得这般好，难道不怕风暴吗？公路边就是沙滩，看海很方便。我们找了一个州
立公园，下来好好放松了一下。特别提一下，沿海的沙滩象雪一样白，在天晴的情况下
，海水显得特别清，特别蓝。看到这样干净的海滩，我真是欣喜若狂，恨不得一辈子就
住在这了… 晚上住在Comfort Inn, 加上税才$50，是最便宜的一晚。晚餐去了一家
Chinese Buffet, 好像叫Chow Time Grill & Buffett，还不错，螃蟹腿很新鲜，大概$
10/person。

的后半段基本是浪费时间，因为太累了。dave tate几年前就说他觉得一块肌肉一周2-3

发帖数: 7843 | 29 dave tate这种高水平运动员弓的是T-spine不是lower back。很显然脊椎在L区的活动
并不能让你挺胸，挺胸完全是T-spine在工作。另外你自己试一试就知道了，收紧臀肌
的情况下身体中部是很稳定的，基本上没法向前或向后tilt pelvis.
大多数人都需要降低L-spine的mobility，提高T-spine的mobility。 |

我现在还在练怎么breathe into the belly. 以前重量轻的时候, 都是breathe into
the chest. 现在深蹲重量稍微大了, 才发现那样呼吸不对, 而且大重量在肩的时候那
样breathe into the chest根本不可行.

其实不叫"So You Think You Can Deadlift", 不过也是ElitFTS那帮人搞的, 而且和"
So you think you can squat"的形式很接近, 发在这里给大家看看:
亮点:
1) Toes slightly out. 这个我以前不知道.
2) Take the slack out of the bar. 就是起杆前轻微用力把杆子抬起来紧紧挨着铁块
. 这个我以前也不知道.
3) Throw head back at the top. 这个我知道, 但从来不做, 因为不知道为什么. 这
回知道为什么了.
3) 落臀, 抬头, 开拉一气呵成. 我一直都三步曲, 1) 落臀, 2) 抬头, 3) 开拉. 汗.
视频里的示范学生每次放下杆子后杆子都离他的shin很远(注意起杆前杆子是紧挨着他
的shin的), 下一个rep前都需要reset, 我自己也有这个问题. 不知道Brian Carroll为
什么没有提及.

单单讲一下form的问题：
1）大师做这个set的时候已经是身体累了，其实不应该做这种95%以上的测试。很容易
受伤不说，form也没法保持。说得不好听点你做的这set基本算是ego lift。
2）硬拉在95%以上的时候form多少都会变形，最常见的就是round lower back，但是基
本的form还是应该保持。大师做的这三个rep里面所有的基本都是stiff leg了。靠的都
是背，基本没有用到glute和hamstring。第一个rep的臀背setup还可以，但是肩部明显
在杆子前面，身体被杆子往前拉。而且你off floor没有耐心，臀部比肩部上升快，搞
成stiff leg了。
3）第一个rep你jerk off the floor了，造成你的hips直接shoot up。非常容易受伤，
常见的就是脊柱shoot out。
4）硬拉的时候scapula应该在杆子正上方或稍微靠后。拉的时候重量重心在脚后跟，杆
子走的时候应该被拉向身体的方向。大师的肩膀在杆子前方，造成重心前移，没有在后
脚跟，身体被杆子带着往前拉了。这种情况下很难lock... 阅读全帖 |
