口，而且finish了，在basement感觉空气很堵塞。inspector说建议问一下
oil 公司这种用室内空气的burner是不是不安全，建议改成用室外空气
的那种burner，或者开个通气孔等，没有很理解，inspector建议找个HVAC Technician
to do an investigation of the Exhaust Vents and possible oil leakage.
有大虾做过这种检查吗？大约怎么收费呢？
还有觉得basement通气是个问题，不知道怎么能解决。能要求卖方做些什么呢？

背景： 美国100名开外烂校硕士毕业，生物专业，technician，文章6篇，无第一作者
，citation凑起来100多一点，3 review。 6封推荐信，无院士无牛人。唯一的亮点可
能是一篇cns子刊。
律师是蔡律师，这里不得不赞一个。找他不仅因为他近乎100%的Eb1b通过率，更看重他
以前有过NIH的经历，对biology的理解比较到位。除了找推荐信和找hr要sponsorship
，基本没怎么操心，蔡律师包办了所有的推荐信和petition letter，基本没怎么改动
就提交了。
总之弱到不能再弱了，不过也证明了人有多大胆，地有多大产，给各位打打气，早日搞
定绿卡。 |
