追问HR，说不能给具体的feedback。一共考察2部分，leadership和technique。HR说
Leadership看起来还不错，没有任何red flag，但他不懂technique的部分，说是可能
问题出在technique上。说是收到的feedback很多都很positive，最后还是被拒了，而
且只用了一天，鼓励我半年后再找他试试别的组，不知道是不是客套话。
这结果让我比较困惑，原来以为就是被拒，也是leadership部分有问题，因为没怎么太
准备，没想到挂在技术上。一共4道题目，包括设计题，基本上是20分钟之内解决问题
，基本是leetcode的原体（mirror tree）和变种（binary tree的任意2个leaves的最
长路径, 2D grid里最长string组成的有效单词），设计题是针对bus,car, motor的不
同需求设计parking lot。感觉都很简单，不知道自己的technique上问题出在哪里，感
觉不太像coding的问题。不知道是不是跟team没有中国人有关。还有这个组基本在用

里还顾得上动作啊。这个训练计划的根本是提高你的摄氧能力，这样，再游的时候不会
被“气短”给困扰了，不停游1mile其实不是主要目的。我试了两个星期，感觉非常好。开始主要是蛙泳，现在25米和50米开始用自由泳，动作肯定不标准，但是已不会觉得挣扎了，这样有的时候可以想着动作的要领啦。

centration and slightly worse anticipation(than his prime time).
Flat shot of course has a lot of advantage over topspin shot, if you can man
age hitting it consistantly. It is a more demanding technique. BTW, Federer'
s shot is not pure flat, at least not the same kind of flat shot 20 years ag
o. His topspin results lower bouncing but faster forwarding movement of the

You do have a point that anything "objective" could be argued into "
