发现这个工作真是来之不易啊。我这行不比这个版上学电脑的，正常年景都不好找，现

小半是的是外部candidate。我的背景在里面算是中等,比我强的人很多，并且我过去的
经验跟这个位置基本不match。telephone interview的记录里面被选中onsite的人都是
因为技术如何如何强，经验如何如何好，唯独有关我的comment是personality好和态度
积极。
我其实没有被选中telephone interview，大概背景不match，没被看上。但是碰巧在
