偶们这里招人, 不仅不弄任何telephone interview,
有时连推荐信每人都只要一封(除导师之外的找一个),
最重要的一个是简历,一个是job talk, 简历第一名和第十名差很远
怎么可能舍好求次. 找四个人来面试还怕没有一个好的?

social science position. Candidates 世界各地都有，中国人占了大概一半（也是从
世界各地申请的）。发现以下几点技术因素非常减分：

- easily turn back and forth
- standing for 1 minute by holding something(wall, table..)
