新的 DS-160 表格取代了以前的 DS-156、DS-157 和 DS-158 等表格，只能在网上填
写。
DS-160 适用于除 K-1/2 (fiancee) 以及 E-1/2 (Treaty Trader) 的所有非移民签证
的申请。

我不需要大家感谢我做了件公益的事情，我只是想说出来，解解心头怨气。大家以后申
请赴美VISA，很快就不需要买那个电话卡预约了。
我前几天直接给美国驻北京大使馆写了封信，建议他们采用网上预约面签时间的方式，
这样就可以废除那个要求我们买卡打电话预约的方式。其实，美国驻中国大使馆内负责
预约这类事务的都是我们中国人自己。那是帮混账的中国人，他们在用那种方式敛财，
这些人只要有利可图，什么都干。美驻中大使馆刚给我回应（见下），说会在近期施行
。这非常好，我帮助大家打掉那帮乱收费的国匪。
在中国驻美国芝加哥领事馆，那帮负责办理中国人护照补换的人，也是一个德行。明明
网上说让我们自己准备照片带过去，只要符合规格即可。我前年去更新护照，自己带了
照片过去，他们强行要给我们照相，然后好像就2张证件照片，收取10-20美元（具体多

The novelty requirement of a patent does not mean that the patent has to be
absolutely new in a field, such as first telephone, first car..... If you can
add a new function to a telephone, you can get a patent on that, and I am sure

I-102 表是干什么的？是补发你 I-94 卡用的，或者说是给 USCIS 送钱用的。为什么这么说？你去补补老师的 I-94 课就全明白了。一句话，如果不是在境内调整身份没办法，需要原件，I-94 丢了就丢了呗。至于残缺、有误，那就更没关系了。当然，送不送钱还是你自己决定。
提醒同学们注意的一点时，此表不要乱用。
老师在这里讲一个真实的故事。有位同学毕业了申请 H-1，批了，但 I-797 上的个人信息有错。电话打到 USCIS，被告知填这个表。照着做了，谁知道，收到的 I-94, 是他 F-1 的。他认为移民局搞错了，应该给他寄改正了 H-1 的 I-94。
移民局是出错了，但不是处理 I-102 的人错了，错的是告诉他提交 I-102 表的那个人。错在根上了，根本就不应该填这个表。I-102 是给你一个现在的 I-94 卡，你现在还是 F-1，H-1 要到十月份才生效呢，不是吗？... 阅读全帖 |

are interchangeable in America. Both means the telephone line that links the
